간호시뮬레이션을 통한 간호역량 간 구조적 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호시뮬레이션 실습을 통한 간호역량과 관련된 요인을 확인하고, 관련 요인들 간의 관계를 규명하며, 간호역량에 관한 모형을 구축하여 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 제프리의 시뮬레이션 이론을 토대로 하여 선행연구를 근거로 가 설적 모형을 구축하고 적합성을 검증하였다. 외생변수로 교육실무요인, 교수자요인을 내생변수는 시뮬레이션 설계 특성, 학업적효능감, 결과변수로 간호역량인 문제해결력, 비판적사고, 임상수행능력, 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십, 학습만족도로 구성하여 구조모형을 구축하고 측정도구는 타당성과 신뢰도를 확인한 후 사용하였다. 자료 수집은 2019년 7월에 20일간 경북지역의 간호대학의 210명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석 방법은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 설계 특성에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 변수는 교수자요인, 교육실무요인으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간호역량인 문제해결력, 비판적사고, 임상수행능력, 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십, 학습만족도로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시뮬레이션 설계 특성이 학업적 효능감에 영향을 주어 간호역량에 직접효과로 나타나 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 학습자의 간호역량을 향상시키기 위해서는 학습자와 교육자의 준비시키는 것 이외에도 간호시뮬레이션을 통하여 학업적 효능감을 높이는 실습 교육하는 것이 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구에서 검증된 변수들은 시뮬레이션 수업을 통한 간호역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 개발에 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was test a model of nursing competencies of nursing simulation learners. Based on Jeffries simulation theory, a hypothetical model was constructed based on previous studies and verified for suitability. Exogenous variables include Educational practical factors and teacher factors, endogenous variables include simulation design characteristics, and result variables constitute confidence, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Clinical performance, Communication, Self leadership, Learning Satisfaction that belong to nursing capacity. And the structural model was constructed and the measurement tools were used after confirming the validity and reliability. Datacollection was conducted in July 2019 for 210 students from two nursing universities in Kyungbuk area for 20 days. Data analysis methods were covariance structure analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs. Teacher factors was directly related to simulation design characteristics, and it was confirmed that the curriculum, classroom operation and teaching method of the instructors were important factors. Educational practical factors were found to have a direct effect on nursing competence, self-confidence, and clinical performance that belong to nursing capacity. In particular, the results of this study indicate that the simulation design characteristics have Academic efficacy. Therefore, in order to improve the learner s Nursing Competence, it is necessary to conduct practical training through nursing simulation besides preparing the learner and the educator. The variables verified in this study are used to develop curriculum to enhance nursing competency through simulation class.
