예비유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량에 미치는 영향: 인권의식의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계를 살펴보고 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량 및 그 하위 요인에 대하여 미치는 영향에서 인권의식의 매개효과는 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 2019년 04월 1일부터 2019년 5월 15일까지 전라남도 지역에 위치한 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀대학생 201명을 대상으로 설문한 내용을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 먼저 예비유아교사의 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였고, 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량 및 그 하위 요인에 대하여 미치는 영향에서 인권의식의 매개 효과가 나타나는지를 살펴보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계에서는 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 이는 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수 효능감 및 인권의식 상호간의 유의미한 관계가 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인권의식은 다문화 교수효능감 그리고 다문화 교육역량 및 그 모든 하위요인사이에서 부분적으로 매개효과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다문화 교수효능감이 직접적으로 다문화 교육역량 그리고 다문화 교육역량의 하위요인에 영향을 주기도 하지만, 다문화 교수효능감이 인권의식에 영향을 주는 것을 통해 다문화 교육역량 및 다문화 교육 역량의 하위요인들을 더욱 증가시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to observe the relationship between multicultural education capability, multicultural efficacy, and human right awareness, and then it is to find out the effects on multicultural education capability and its subfactors of multicultural teaching capability: what would be the results on mediating effect of human rights. The collected data was first to observe the relationship between the prospective children teacher’s multicultural education capability, multicultural efficacy, and human rights. The Pearson probability correlation analysis was performed. The Baron and Kenny’s the three steps parametric regression analysis were conducted to look if the mediating effects of human right awareness would be appeared: multicultural teaching efficacy impacts on the multicultural education capability and the subordinate factors. The study results are as follows: first, there was a relevant static correlation in the relationship between the multicultural education capability, the multicultural efficacy, and human rights awareness . it means that there are significant relationships between them. Second, human rights awareness of the prospective young children teacher appeared partial mediating effect vetween the multicultural teaching efficacy, the multicultural education capability, and the rest of all subfactors. It shows that the multicultural teaching efficacy effects the multicultural education capability directly and the subfactors of the multicultural education capability. However, it also previws that the multicultural teaching efficacy could increase the multicultural education capability and the subfactors of the multicultural education cppability.
