국문 초록

이 연구는 동 주민학습문화센터에서 평생교육 전담 인력으로 활동하며, 평생학습마을을 조성해가는 평생학습매니저의 역할 수행 과정에 나타난 학습의 특성을 질적사례 연구 방법으로 분석했다. 자료 수집은 문헌 조사, 평생학습매니저 12명의 심층 면담, 참여 관찰을 활용하였다. 주민학습문화센터의 평생학습매니저는 일상적 주민학습상담, 주민학습프로그램 기획 및 운영, 마을 공동체사업 기획 및 운영, 마을 평생학습축제 지원의 역할을 수행한다. 평생학습매니저의 학습 활동은 기존의 공공의 지원에서 빠진 주민교육의 틈새를 발견하고 메워가는 공공적 학습이며, 마을 주체들과의 만남과 대화로 구성되는 일상적 방식이며, 평생교육의 가치를 자신의 삶에서 전유하고 마을로 확산하는 학습의 운동성을 전략으로 활용하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the characteristics of learning that appear in the role fulfillment of lifelong learning managers that act as personnel responsible for lifelong education in local community learning and culture centers and construct lifelong learning communities using qualitative case study methods. Data collection was made through literary analysis, in-depth interviews with 12 lifelong learning managers, and participative observations. Lifelong learning managers of community learning and culture centers fulfill the roles of daily resident learning counseling, resident learning program planning and operation, community group project planning and operation, and community lifelong learning festival support. The learning activities of lifelong learning managers are community learning activities that fill gaps that have been discovered in resident education left by existing public support and they are daily methods constructed through conversations with the main agents of community and they are using as their strategy the motility of learning in which the values of lifelong education are possessed in the lives of individuals and then spread out to communities
