초등학교 교사의 다문화 인식, 다문화 역량, 다문화 태도, 다문화 교수효능감 간의 구조관계 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사가 지각하는 다문화 인식, 다문화 역량 및 다문화태도, 다문화 교수효능감 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 충청북도 지역 초등학교 교사에게 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 분석에 사용된 설문지는 330부이었다. 구체적인 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사가 지각하는 다문화 인식, 다문화 역량 및 다문화 태도, 다문화 교수효능감의 구성요인 간에는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적인 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사가 지각하는 다문화 인식, 다문화 역량 및 다문화 태도, 다문화교수효능감 간의 영향 관계를 설명하는 가설적 경로모형은 최초 연구모형을 수정하여 분석한 결과, 최종 연구모형의 절대 및 상대 적합도 지수인 ？撮？=117.610(p<.001), RMR는 .018, RMSEA는 .058, GFI는 .944, AGFI는 .909, NFI는 .965, CFI는 .981, IFI는 .982 등으로서 모든 값이 수용기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났기 때문에, 최종모형은 대체로 양호하다고 판단할 수 있다. 셋째, 구조방정식모형에 의한 경로관계 분석 결과, 초등학교 교사가 지각하는 다문화 인식이 다문화 교수효능감에 미치는 총효과는.736이었으며, 이중 직접적으로 미치는 효과(.142)보다 간접적으로 미치는 효과(.595)가 더 크게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to observe the structural relationships among multicultural perception, multicultural competency and multicultural attitudes, and multicultural teaching efficacy as perceived by elementary school teachers. To achieve this research purpose, surveys were conducted on elementary teachers in Chungcheongbuk-do and 330 surveys were used in the final analysis. The detailed research results are as follows. First, there were statistically significant positive correlations among multicultural perception, multicultural competency and multicultural attitudes, and multicultural teaching efficacy as perceived by elementary school teachers. Second, with the hypothetical path model that explains the influential relationship among multicultural perception, multicultural competency and multicultural attitudes, and multicultural teaching efficacy as perceived by elementary school teachers, the initial research model was revised and analyzed and the results showed that the absolute and relative fitness indexes of the final research model were=117.610(p<.001), with RMR being .018, RMSEA being .058, GFI being .944, AGFI being .909, NFI being .965, CFI being .981, and IFI being .982, showing that all values fit the acceptancy criteria, so the final model can be considered to be generally good. Third, path analysis conducted through a structural equation model showed that the total effect of multicultural perception on multicultural teaching efficacy as perceived by elementary school teachers was .736 and of this, indirect effects(.595) were larger than direct effects(.142).
