국문 초록

본 연구는 그림책 중심 아동문학 수업 경험이 영유아 교사에게 주는 의미를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육대학원 유아교육과에 개설된 아동문학 수업을 수강하는 전·현직 영유아 교사 중 연구 참여 의사를 밝힌 13명을 연구참여자로 선정하 였다. 연구참여자는 한 학기 동안 그림책을 중심으로 하는 아동문학 수업에 참여하였으며, 이 과정에서 반성적 저널을 작성하였다. 수집된 반성적 저널을 분석하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과 그림책 중심 아동문학 수업의 의미는 그림책에 대한 이있는 이해, 성인이 되어 즐기는 그림책, 교사로서 다시 보는 그림책, 다른 사람과 나누고 싶은 그림책으로 범주화되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 유아교육현장에서 문학적 가치에 중점을 둔 그림책 활동이 이루어지기 위해 그림책을 즐기는 교사 양성 을 위한 노력이 요구되며, 교육현장에서 제공되는 그림책의 종류와 내용이 다양해 질필요가 있음을 논의하였다. 또한, 그림책을 활용한 교사 소모임과 부모모임을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of picture book-centered children s literature class experience for early childhood teachers. For this purpose, 13 students who expressed their intention to participate in this study among the former or In-service Teachers who were taking children s literature classes at the Graduate School of Education and Early Childhood Education were selected as research participants. Participants participated in the children’s literature class centered on picture books during the semester, and in this process, they made reflective journals. The results of the study were derived by analyzing the collected reflective journals. We conducted a children s literature class focusing on picture books for one semester, and in this process, we collected and analyzed reflective journals. As a result, we categorized the meaning of picture book-centered children s literature class into in-depth understanding of picture books, picture books enjoyed as adults, picture books to be viewed as teachers, and picture books to share with others. Based on the results of this study, we discussed that the efforts to cultivate teachers who enjoy picture books are required for picture book activities focused on literary values in the early childhood education field. And we also discussed the need to diversify the types and contents of picture books provided at the educational sites, and suggested small meetings of teachers and parent meetings.
