국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 체육수업 지도유형과 학생들의 성취목표성향, 수업정서 및 지도효율성의 인과관계를 검증하고, 지도유형과 지도효율성의 관계에서 성취목표성향과 수업정서가 유의미한 매개효과가 있는지를 탐색하는 데 주된 목적을 두었다. 2019년 6월 경기도와 전라남도에 위치한 초등학교의 5, 6학년 학생을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 편의 표본 추출법을 활용하여 527명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답 내용이 부실한 27부를 제외한 500부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 구조모형의 적합도 분석, 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 그에 따른 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도유형은 성취목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도유형은 수업정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취목표성향은 지도효율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수업정서는 지도효율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지도유형은 지도효율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지도유형과 지도효율성의 관계에서 성취목표성향과 수업정서는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구에서 나타난 결과로 초등학교 교사의 체육수업 지도유형이 학생들의 성취목표성향, 수업정서 및 지도효율성에 정(+)적으로 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between elementary school teachers physical education instruction types and students’ achievement goal orientation, class emotion and coaching efficiency, and to investigate whether achievement goal orientation and class emotion have significant mediating effects in between the instruction types and coaching efficiency. The study conducted a questionnaire survey using convenience sampling to 527 elementary school students in June 2019 among the population of 5th and 6th grades in Gyeonggi-do and Jeollanam-do. A total of 500 copies of the questionnaire were used in the final analysis, except for the samples which were missing or did not respond to the questionnaire faithfully. The collected data were conducted for frequency analysis to examine the general characteristics of the subjects, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to verify the validity of the scales. Cronbach s alpha coefficient was calculated for reliability analysis. Pearson s correlation coefficient analysis was performed to verify the correlation between the variables. In addition, the bootstrapping method was used to investigate whether the achievement goal orientation and the class emotion have significant mediating effects on the relationship between instruction types and coaching efficiency. The concrete results are as follows. First, instruction types affected achievement goal orientation. Second, instruction types had an effect on class emotion. Third, achievement goal orientation affected coaching efficiency. Fourth, class emotion affected the coaching efficiency. Fifth, instruction types had an effect on coaching efficiency. Lastly, achievement goal orientation and class emotion had mediating effects on the relationship between instruction types and coaching efficiency. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that instruction types of physical education instruction of elementary school teachers positively influence students achievement goal orientation, class emotion and coaching efficiency.
