아동용 긍정심리자본 척도의 개발과 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 아동용 긍정심리자본 척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 기존의 관련척도를 근거로 60문항을 개발한 후 초등 아동, 교사, 상담심리전문가의 평정을 근거로 적합정도가 낮은 것으로 평가된 문항을 삭제하여 아동용 긍정심리자본 척도의 예비문항 40개를 선정하였다. 2018년 9월부터 12월까지 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 선정된 40개 문항으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 낙관성, 희망, 자아탄력성, 자기효능감 등 4개의 요인으로 구성된 최종 21문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 문항은 확인적 요인분석과 관련된 척도와의 상관분석을 통해 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 아동용 긍정심리자본 척도는 양호한 도구임이 확인되었고 아동을 대상으로 한 교육 및 지도, 상담에서 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This article reports that addressed the development and validation of a measure of positive psychological capital questionnaire for children. For the study, positive psychological capital questionnaire was developed based on the literature review and similar scales. Pilot items was developed 60 items. The adequacy of 60 pilot items was evaluated to participants including children, elementary school teachers, and counselor. The questionnaires designed to develop positive psychological capital questionnaire for children from September to December in 2018. 60 pilot items reduced 40 items for measure of positive psychological capital questionnaire for children. Factor analyses of positive psychological capital questionnaire for children yielded 4 factors that measured hope, optimism, ego-resilience and self-efficacy. From the confirmatory factor analysis, factor structure of the positive psychological capital questionnaire for children was accepted as solid. The result of the correlation analysis among factors of the inventory to examine the construct validity showed that the relation was significant and positive. Overall, findings support that the positive psychological capital questionnaire for children is a valid and reliable instrument.
