학부모 대상 대입전형 연수 프로그램 효과성 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 학부모대상으로 입학사정관 연수 프로그램 개발 및 효과성을 탐색하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 학부모의 입학사정관제에 대한 전반적인 인식, 입학사정관제 확대에 대한 의견 그리고 입학사정관제 효과성 인식이 입학사정관 연수 프로그램 참여 전과 참여 후에 어떻게 변화하는지를 탐색하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 자체 개발한 설문지를 활용하여 S대학 학부모대상 입학사정관 연수 프로그램에 참여한 학부모 217명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 최종 분석대상자는 178명이며, 연구방법은 대응표본 t-test 방법을 활용하였다. 분석한 결과를 제시하면, 입학사정관제 인식과 관련하여 연수 참여 전에는 3.88점이었지만 연수 참여 후에는 4.49점으로 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적으로 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 입학사정관제 확대 관련 인식은 연수 참여 전에는 3.91점이었지만 연수 참여 후에는 4.08점으로 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 마지막으로 입학사정관제 효과성과 관련한 인식도 연수 참여 전에는 3.67점이었지만 연수 참여 후에 3.81점으로 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 교육주체로의 학부모를 위한 정책적인 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how parents perceive the overall admissions of the admissions control system, opinions on the expansion of the admissions control system, and the perception of the effectiveness of the admissions control system before and after the admissions officer training program. The purpose of this study was to investigate 217 parents who participated in the Admission Officer Training Program for the S-University Parents using the self–developed questionnaire. The final analysis was performed on 178 subjects. The study method used the corresponding sample t-test method. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was 3.88 points before participating in the training, but it was 4.49 points after participating in the training, which was statistically significant. Second, when the enrollment control system was expanded and fully recognized, it was 3.91 points before participating in the training, but it was significantly improved to 4.08 points after participating in the training. Finally, the perception of the effectiveness of the admission control system was significantly higher at 3.81 points after participating in the training than before the training(3.67 points). Based on the results of this study, we suggest a policy proposal for parents as an educational subject.
