예비유아교사의 그릿과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 그릿과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 2018년 10월 15일부터 10월 30일까지 경상남도와 부산광역시에 소재한 3년제 사립대학교인 C대학교와 D대학교에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 226명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로준비행동은 그릿과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 정적상관을 보였고, 그릿과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계도 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 진로결정자기효능감은 그릿과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on the relationship between grit and career preparation behaviors in preservice early childhood teachers. A survey was conducted from October 15 to 30, 2018, on 226 preservice early childhood teachers who were selected as the subjects of this study from two different three-year private universities that were respectively located in South Gyeongsang Province and Busan Metropolitan City. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as for the relationships of career preparation behaviors to grit and career decision-making self- efficacy, the former had a positive correlation with the latter two, and grit was positively correlated with career decision-making self-efficacy as well. Second, the career decision-making self-efficacy of the pre- service early childhood teachers had a perfect mediating effect on the relationship between grit and career preparation behaviors. The findings of the study suggest that career decision-making self-efficacy could be one of critical variables for the relationship between the grit and career preparation behaviors of preservice early childhood teachers.
