국문 초록

본 연구는 2015 교육과정이 핵심 역량-교과 역량 - 기능이라는 고유한 위계성을 통해 핵심 역량 함양을 강조한다는 점에 주목하고, 2015 도덕과 교육과정에서 제시한 교과 역량 중 ‘도덕적 정서 능력’의 위계성 검토와 재조정을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2015 도덕과 교육과정은 교과 역량으로서 도덕적 정서 능력의 설정, 교과 성격으로서 학생들의 정서적ㆍ사회적 건강 등을 제시하면서 도덕교육에서 정서의 중요성을 전면적으로 강조하고 있다. 하지만 이에도 불구하고 도덕적 정서 능력은 교과 역량과 도덕과 공통 교육과정인 초중학교 [도덕]의 기능이 동일한 용어로 제시됨으로 인한 개념적 불명료함과 하위 기능에서도 범주적 애매함을 드러내고 있어 내적 타당도와 교사들의 교육과정 문해력을 저하하는 주요한 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제의식에서 연구자는 우선 2015 도덕과 교육과정 상에 제시된 도덕 ‘도덕적 정서 능력’의 개념과 그 위계성이 가진 문제점을 검토할 것이다. 그리고 정서 이론에 대한 논의를 통해 도출된 도덕적 정서 모형을 통해 초중학교 [도덕] 내용 체계 수정안과 도덕적 정서 능력의 위계성 조정안을 제안할 것이다. 이러한 핵심 역량 - 교과 역량 - 기능의 위계성에 대한 검토와 재조정은 실천성을 지향하는 2015 도덕과 교육과정의 내적 타당도 제고와 교사들의 교육과정 문해력 향상 그리고 교과 역량과 기능의 위계성을 고려한 수업 설계를 가능하게 할 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 이러한 작업을 도덕적 정서 능력을 중심으로 선도적으로 수행했다는 점에서 그 연구 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a review of the hierarchical nature of moral emotion ability among the educational competences presented in the 2015 Moral and Curriculum, and to adjust the curriculum, noting that the 2015 curriculum emphasizes the enhancement of core competences through its unique hierarchy of core competences ↔ competence ↔ skills. The 2015 moral educational curriculum emphasizes the importance of sentiment in moral education, presenting the setting of moral emotion ability as a curriculum, and the emotion and social health of students as a curriculum personality. Despite such emphasis, however, moral emotion ability has conceptual ambiguity due to the fact that the functions of [moral], a common curriculum with moral skills, are presented in the same term, and categorical ambiguity in the sub-function, which requires a review and readjustment of affiliation. In this awareness of the problem, researchers will first look at the concept and affiliation of moral emotion ability in 2015 morality and curriculum, and propose a revision of the content system for primary and secondary schools and a revision of the system and the alignment of the moral sentiment model derived through a review of emotion theory. It is expected that the review of core competences - Curriculum capabilities - and hierarchy of functions will not only enhance the internal validity of 2015 morals and curricula, but also contribute to the specific design of classes that can specifically experience moral sentiments.
