대학생 교육서비스 만족도 분석을 통한 개선방향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육 환경의 변화 속에서 수요자 중심의 ‘대학생 교육서비스’ 개선 방안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 지방 사립대인 K대학 대학생들의 교육 서비스 만족도 조사 결과를 사례로 교수학습 서비스, 학생지원 서비스, 교육복지시설, 교 육과정 등에 대한 학생들의 인식과 요구를 조사 분석하였다. 설문조사는 2015년 6월 8일부터 6월 21일까지 2주에 걸쳐 학습관리시스템(LMS)을 활용하여 온라인으로 실시하였다. 총 7,420명(응답율 88.7%)이 응답한 자료를 대상으로 분석하였다. 설문문항의 타당성 검사 결과 KMO(.989)>.9이고 Bartlett의 유의수준 p<.05로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 교수학습서비스, 핵생지원서비스, 교육복지시설, 교육과정 만족도 조사에서 6개 단과대학 중 과학기술대학, 성별은 남학생, 학년은 1학년의 만족도가 높았다. 디자인대학, 여학생, 4학년 집단이 대체로 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 상관관계 분석에서 재수강 의사에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수자 요인으로 파악되었으며, 재추천 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인은 평가 및 과제로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how to improve consumer - centered college student education service in the changing educational environment. For this purpose, we surveyed the students perceptions and needs about teaching and learning services, student support services, educational welfare facilities, and curriculum in K university college students educational service satisfaction survey results. The survey was conducted online using the Learning Management System (LMS) for two weeks from June 8 to June 21, 2015. A total of 7,420 respondents (88.7%) responded to the survey. The validity of the questionnaire results showed that KMO (.989)> .9 and Bartlett s significance level p <.05. Among the six colleges, science and technology college, sex, boys, and first graders were more satisfied with the teaching and learning service, the Krona support service, the educational welfare facilities, and the curriculum satisfaction survey. Design college, school girl, and 4th grade group showed generally low satisfaction. In the correlation analysis, factors that have the greatest effect on the willingness to retreat were identified as the factors of the instructor, and factors influencing the re - recommendation were the evaluation and the task.
