예비중등교사의 교육실습과정 탐색: 실습지도교사에 대한 신뢰 형성 과정을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 실습지도교사에 대한 신뢰 형성 과정을 중심으로 예비중등교사의 교육실습과정을 탐색하고, 이를 토대로 교육실습제도 개선에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 2018년 1학기 교육실습과정에 참여한 예비중등교사 19 명과 교육실습과정의 실습지도에 참여한 실습지도교사 12명이다. 본 연구는 질적 연구로 성찰일지와 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 교육실습과정에서 예비중등교사의 실습지도교사에 대한 신뢰 형성의 과정을 탐색하였다. 교 육실습과정의 초기, 중기, 말기의 단계에 따라 신뢰성 요소의 역량과 관련 있는 실습 지도교사의 전문성 측면에서 예비중등교사는 실습지도교사와의 관계에서 정보제공, 연습의 기회와 지속적인 피드백, 실행의 기회와 구체적인 조언을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰성 요소의 도덕성, 호의성과 관련 있는 실습지도교사의 정서적 지원 측면에서 예비중등교사는 실습지도교사와의 관계에서 적극적 소통의 태도, 존중의 태도, 공감을 통한 지지를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 교육실습과정에서 예비중등교사의 실습지도교사에 대한 신뢰 형성을 위한 지원 체계를 실습지도교사의 능력과 학교조직의 환경적 요인을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 예비중등교사와의 신뢰 형성을 위해 실습지도교사에게 요구되는 역량은 멘토로서의 자질로 전문적 능력과 정서적 지원 능력으로 나타났다. 예비중등교사와의 신뢰 형성을 위한 학교조직의 환경적 요인은 학습공동체 지향을 목적으로 실습지도교사 간의 신뢰 형성을 통한 실습지도교사의 성찰 공유, 실습지도교사와 실습학교관리자와의 신뢰 형성을 통한 실습지도교사의 보상 강화, 대학수준교원양성기관과 실습중등학교 간의 신뢰 형성을 통한 예비중등교사의 중등학생과의 관계성에 대한 사전 교육 실시로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비중등교사의 실습지도교사에 대한 신뢰형성을 기반으로한 교육실습제도의 개선에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the educational practice of pre-service secondary teachers and to suggest implications for the more effective educational practice system. The subjects of this study were 19 pre-service secondary teachers who completed the educational practice and 12 practical teachers who completed teaching experience of the educational practice in the first semester of 2018. This study collected data through reflection journal and in-depth interview. The results of this study are as follows: First, this study explored the process of reliability formation of the pre-service secondary teachers in the educational practice. In terms of the practical teachers profession related to competence of reliability factor, pre-service secondary teachers experienced providence of information, opportunities for practice and continuous feedback, and opportunities for performance and specific advice. In terms of the practical teachers emotional support related to morality and fidelity of reliability factor, pre-service secondary teachers experienced positive attitude of communication, attitude of respect, and support through sympathy. Second, this study explored the support system for the reliability formation of the pre-service secondary teachers in the educational practice, focusing on the ability of the practical teachers and environmental factors of the school organization. In order to form reliability with the pre-service secondary teacher, the ability required for the practical teachers was the mentor s qualities as professional ability and emotional support ability. In order to form reliability with the pre-service secondary teachers, for learning community, the environmental factors of school organization were supportive environment for sharing reflection with practical teachers, preliminary education of the university about relations with secondary students of pre-service secondary teachers, reward enhancement for practical teachers. Based on the results of this study, we suggest implications for the improvement of the educational practice system based on the reliability formation of the pre-service secondary teacher.
