장애아동부모 역량강화프로그램이 어머니의 우리성과 교육공동체 역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애아동부모 역량강화프로그램을 제공하고 어머니들의 우리성과 교육 공동체역량에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 장애아동부모 역량강화프로그램을 구안하였고, 장애아동 어머니 20명을 연구대상으로 선정하여, 각 10명 씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누었다. 실험집단 10명의 어머니들은 주 1회, 2시간씩 총 10회기의 부모교육프로그램에 참여하였다. 본 연구는 사전-사후 집단 통제설계를 사용하였으며, 두 독립표본 t검증을 실시하여 집단 간의 변화의 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 분석하여, 첫째, 장애아동부모 역량강화프로그램은 어머니의 우리성을 향상시켰으며, 우리성의 구성요인 중 공감과 배려, 경험의 공유, 경험의 공유요인들이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 장애아동부모 역량강화프로그램은 어머니의 교육공동체역량을 향상시켰으며, 교육공동체역량의 구성요인 중 소통을 통한 가치와 인정, 민주적인 참여와 공유된 책임, 정서적 관계형성요인들이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 통해, 본 연구의 부모교육프로그램이 따뜻한교육공동체 실현을 위한 장애아동어머니의 교육공동체역량강화를 위해 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보여 주었으며, 연구의 의의와 제언을 함께 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study provided a competence program for parents of children with disabilities and examined the effects of mothers’ weness and educational community competence. To this end, a competence program for parents of children with disabilities was devised. 20 mothers of children with disabilities were selected as research subjects, and each group was divided into experimental group of 10 each and control group of 10 each. 10 mothers of the experimental group participated in a total of 10 sessions of parent education program once a week and two hours a week. This study uses pretest-posttest control group design, and two independent sample t-tests were conducted to verify the differences of change between groups. First, competence program for parents of children with disabilities improved mothers weness, and increased empathy, consideration, sharing of experiences and factor of sharing of experience which are the factors of weness. Second, competence program for parents of children with disabilities increased mothers’ educational community competence and it was confirmed that values and recognition through communication, democratic participation and shared responsibility, factors of emotional relationship formation were improved. The results of this study showed that the parent education program of this study can be effectively used to strengthen the educational community competence for the realization of a warm educational community. The significance of the study and suggestions were discussed together.
