통합예술교육을 활용한 학교별 맞춤형 학교폭력 예방교육 프로그램 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지금까지의 강의, 설문, 동영상 시청 등 수동적 학교폭력 예방 교육에서 벗어나, 학생 스스로 문제해결능력을 기르게 하고 치유할 수 있는 방안까지 모색할 수 있도록 연극, 춤, 랩, 창작 등 문화예술 활동을 통합하여 학교폭력 없는 따뜻한 학교문화 만들기의 주체 자가 되도록 교육하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 문헌분석과 설문을 통한 양적 연구와 개방형 설문 및 인터뷰를 활용한 질적 연구로 이루어진 통합 연구이다. 양적연구 대상은 J도에 소재한 초등학교 5,6학년 재학생 중 본 프 로그램을 경험한 학생 160명과 경험하지 못한 학생 140명 총 300명을 대상으로 심리·사회적 역량 및 학교폭력 예방 태도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 질적 연구 대상은 본 프로그램을 경험한 학교 중 학교폭력이 가장 많이 일어나는 6개교를 선정하 여 가해자, 피해자, 방관자 경험 학생 각 2명, 학교폭력과 관련된 업무에 종사한 경험이 있는 교사 6명을 선정하여 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 본 연구에서 활용된 프로그램은 기존의 다양한 학교폭력 예방교육 프로그램과 확연한 차별성이 지 니고 있다. 둘째, 심리·사회적 역량(공감능력, 의사소통 능력, 갈등해결 능력, 감정조절 능력) 및 학교폭력 예방태도(학교폭력 허용, 학교폭력 대처, 피해 및 가해자에 대한 태도) 향상에 큰 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로그램’을 경험한 학생과 교사들의 인식에서는 그동안 해결하기 어렵고 무겁게만 느껴졌던 학교폭력에 대한 인식 변화에 큰 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to educate students to become the main actors in creating a warm school culture without school violence by integrating cultural and artistic activities such as plays, dances, raps and creations so that they can find ways to solve problems on their own, instead of passive school violence education such as lectures, surveys, and video watching. This study is an integrated study of quantitative research through literature analysis and questionnaire and qualitative research using open questionnaires and interviews. Quantitative research targets 160 students who have experienced this program and 140 students who have not experienced this program among 5th and 6th graders in J-do and a survey on their psychological and social abilities and attitudes toward preventing school violence. Qualitative research targets selected six schools that experience the most violence in school, and interviewed each offender, victim, witness, student, and six teachers who have been involved in school violence. First of all, the programs used in this study have distinct differentiation from the existing various school violence prevention education programs. Second, it has been shown to be of great help to improve mental and social abilities (audience, communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional control) and school violence prevention attitudes (allowing school violence, dealing with school violence, attitude toward victims and perpetrators). Third, it has been found that the perception of students and teachers who have experienced Program has greatly helped change the perception of school violence that has been difficult and felt heavy to solve
