대학 우수강의 기준으로 보는 교수학습센터(CTL) 강의컨설팅 영역 개선 시사점

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 (현)대학 교수학습센터의 강의컨설팅 영역의 개선방안을 탐색 하고자 하였다. 강의컨설팅 영역 개선 방향 성찰과 탐색을 위해 대학의 우수강의 연구결과들을 분석하고 종합하여 (현)대학 강의컨설팅이 다음 단계로 발전하기 위해 고 려해 보아야 할 시사점을 도출해 내었다. 분석대상은 국내와 미국의 우수강의 연구들 중 참여 연구자들 수, 연구자들 관련 전문성, 연구 기간, 연구 총괄성 등의 범주에서 상대적으로 우수한 연구 6개를 선정하였다. 그리고 이 연구들이 제시하는 우수강의 특성과 기준들을 서로 같은 것과 다른 것 등을 분류하고 유목화 하였다. 연구결과 우수강의 특성들은 현 강의컨설팅과는 컨설팅을 하는 강의의 대상시점과 대상영역 측면에 상당한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 차이에 기초한 시사점으로 우선 강의컨설팅 대상이 1-2회 강의가 아니라 한 강좌를 장기간 전반적으로 성찰하고 또한 강의 중 교수자 행동 뿐 아니라 강의 전, 중, 후 전체적으로 확대하는 것이 바람직함을 실제적으로 알수 있었다. 또한 컨설팅 대상영역도 기존 강의컨설팅이 주로 하는 강의 방법 이상으로 교육방법, 학생들과 관계, 교육철학, 교육내용 등 강의에 영향을 주는 전체 영역으로 포괄적으로 넓히는 것이 필요함을 직접적으로 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study intended to suggest future direction to improve the teaching consulting area of universities. To review and explore the direction of improvement for the teaching consulting, the results of the study of excellent lectures were analyzed and the implications were aggregated. These implications have resulted in implications that should be considered in order to move the characteristics and standards of university teaching from the current state of university teaching consulting to the next level. Six of the best domestic and American studies were chosen for the study. In addition, the characteristics of the excellence offered by each study were classified for the same and different standards elements. According to the study, the characteristics of teaching excellent lectures differed considerably from the timing and scope of lectures for consulting with current lecture consulting. It was desirable to reflect on a semester rather than a one-to-two lecture, and to expand the course in advance, before, during, and after the teaching as well as professor behaviors in classroom. It also indicated the need to broaden the scope of consulting not only by teaching methods, but also more phased and comprehensive, such as teaching methods, relationships with students, education philosophy, and educational content.
