국문 초록

본 연구는 품질기반 구조 구축과 표준화 역량 강화 등의 방안들을 통해 우리나라 중소기업들이 무역기술장벽을 이겨내고 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 연구방법을 제안하고자 하는 것이 그 목적이다. 이를 위해 국내 및 해외 문헌연구를 통해 기본적인 요인들을 도출한 후 FGI 등의 질적연구방법론과 IPA 및 인과관계모형 구축을 통해 중소기업 업종별로 적합한 전략을 도출할 3단계 연구방법을 제시하였다. 특히 회사의 성공적인 정책 수행과 관련된 개인차원 변수들과 회사차원 변수들을 포함하여 측정함으로써 좀 더 정교한 전략수립이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 본 연구방법을 통해 다음과 같은 성과를 기대한다. 첫째, 중소제조기업들의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 TBT 회피, 제거 및 완화 방안을 도출할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 질적 연구방법과 양적 연구방법을 동시에 적용함으로써 다른 분야에서도 다양한 전략 수립을 위한 학문적, 실용적 기여를 기대한다. 셋째, 인과관계모형을 실증함으로써 중소제조기업들이 경영성과를 높일 수 있는 본원적 전략 뿐 아니라 부가적인 단서들을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a research method that enables Korean SMEs to overcome trade technology barriers and achieve global competitiveness through the establishment of quality infrastructure and the strengthening of standardization capacity. In order to do this, we proposed a three-step research method to derive basic factors through research on domestic and foreign literature and then to develop appropriate strategies for each SME industry through qualitative research methodology such as FGI and IPA and causality model building. In particular, we constructed more sophisticated strategies by measuring individual and corporate variables related to the company s successful policy implementation. The following results are expected through this research method. First, TBT avoidance, elimination, and mitigation measures for strengthening competitiveness of SMEs will be able to be derived. Second, we expect academic and practical contribution to establish various strategies in other fields by applying qualitative research method and quantitative research method at the same time. Third, by demonstrating the causal relationship model, it is possible to derive additional clues as well as the original strategies to improve the performance of SMEs.
