청소년기 여학생의 월경전증후군 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년기 여학생의 월경전증후군 영향 요인을 파악하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 전북지역 일 중학교에서 편의표집한 3학년 재학생 111명을 대상으로 2017년 6월부터 7월까지 2개월 동안 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문지는 대상자 특성, 월경전증후군, 월경통, 월경태도, 학업스트레스, 사회적지지 등을 묻는 문항으로 구성하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe검정, Pearson‘s correlation, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자들의 월경전증후군은 월경태도, 학업스트레스와 순상관 관계를 보였고, 대상자들의 월경전증후군에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 월경통과 학업스트레스로 나타났으며, 이들 두 변수의 설명력은 48.0%이었다. 청소년기 여학생의 월경전증후군을 예방하거나 조절하기 위한 중재프로그램은 대상자들의 월경태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키고 학업스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방향으로 개발하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with premenstrual syndrome among adolescent female students. The participants were 111 third grade girls from a middle school in J city. A questionnaire survey was conducted from June to July 2017 to collect data on participants’ characteristics, premenstrual syndrome, menstrual pain, menstrual attitude, academic stress, and social support. Data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Person’s correlation, and multiple regression. The participants’ premenstrual syndrome was significantly positively correlated with menstrual attitude and academic stress. A total of 48.0% of variances in premenstrual syndrome were explained by dysmenorrhea and academic stress. In order to prevent or control premenstrual syndrome in adolescent girls, a strategy or an intervention program needs to be developed toward reducing menstrual attitude and academic stress.
