노인 회상치료에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰： 증거기반 실천과정 적용

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 한 회상치료 연구들을 체계적으로 검토하여 증거기반 사회복지실천 과정을 적용하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 증거기반실천 단계에 따라 노인 대상 회상치료 프로그램을 Riss, Cochrane DB 등에서 검색하여 국내 메타분석 2편과 개별연구 26편, 국외 연구 4편의 연구결과를 정리하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 메타분석 연구결과 사회복지분야보다 작업치료 분야 중심적이다. 국내 개별연구 결과 주로 작업치료 및 사회복지학 분야 중심적이었으며, 노인요양시설에서 주로 연구하였고, 요양시설 거주 노인대상이 주 연구대상이었으며, 주로 14-20명이었다. 통제집단과 실험집단을 설정한 연구가 많았으며, 중재형태는 매주 1회, 1시간씩, 6주~10주 정도의 기간 동안 이뤄진 연구들이 많았다. 또한 노인의 심리적 요인의 향상을 검증하고자 하는 연구들이 주를 이뤘다. 국외 메타분석 결과, 10년 이상 통제실험 연구들을 분석하였으며, 결과측정은 연구자들만의 결과변수를 설정하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 노인을 대상으로 효과적인 회상치료 프로그램의 개발 및 제공을 위한 증거기반 사회복지실천 적용의 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to systematically review reminiscence therapy studies for the elderly and apply evidence-based social welfare practice. For this purpose, the government searched a reminiscence therapy for the elderly in Riss and Cochrane DB depending on the EBP stage. The results were 2 domestic meta-analysis, 26 individual studies, and 4 overseas studies. The analysis results are as follows: domestic meta-analysis research is more focused occupational therapy field than social welfare field. The domestic individual studies’s focus was mainly on occupational therapy and nursing, these were conducted mainly in nursing facilities for the elderly, and the target number of elderly people living in nursing homes was 14-20 people. Many studies conducted to establish control groups and experiment groups, while many have done so once a week for 1 hour and 6-10 weeks. There were also studies to verify the improvement of psychological factors in the elderly. The foreign meta-analysis results showed that control experiment studies were analyzed for more than 10 years, and the results were analyzed by establishing the result variables of researchers only. Based on these results, we presented practical implications for applying EBP in social welfare field for the elderly to develop and provide effective reminiscence therapy.
