간호대학생들의 신체활동 영향요인： 일개대학

국문 초록

간호대학생들의 신체활동에 영향을 주는 요인들을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로 신체활동량에 따른 대학생들의 우울, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 생활만족도의 상관성과 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 C시에 소재한 K대학교 간호학과 학생들 144명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 간호대학생의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 평균과 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 간호대학생들의 신체활동과 상관관계가 있는 변수는 성별(p=.004), 입학년도(p<.001), 우울(p=.011)과는 음의 상관관계가 있었고, 비만도(p=.018)와는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 입학년도(β=-0.207), 우울(β=-0.211)이었으며, 본 회귀모형의 설명력은 12.0%로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생들의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인이 입학년도와 우울인 것으로 나타나 간호대학생들의 신체활동을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 신체활동 증진 간호중재 프로그램 개발시 간호대학생들의 입학년도에 따라 차별화하고 우울을 감소시킬 수 있는 신체활동 프로그램을 개발한다면 간호대학생들의 신체활동을 높이는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

It is a descriptive research study to identify factors affecting physical activity of nursing students. The relationship between physical activity and depression, self - efficacy, self - esteem, life satisfaction, and factors affecting physical activity were identified. Participants of this study collected data from 144 students of K university nursing students in C city. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression in order to investigate factors affecting physical activity of nursing students using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of this study, variables correlating with physical activity of nursing students showed a negative correlation with gender (p=.004), admission year (p<.001), and depression (p=.011). There was a positive correlation with obesity (p=.018). Factors affecting physical activity of nursing college students were admission year (β=-0.207) and depression (β=-0.211), and explanatory power of this regression model was 12.0%. The result of this study can be used as a basic data for the development of a program to promote physical activity of nursing students. I would like to develop a physical activity program that differentiates and reduces depression according to the admission year of nursing college students.
