일 지역 취약계층 노인의 신체화 심리적 안녕감이 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 일지역 취약계층 노인의 신체화, 심리적 안녕감, 심리적 복지감의 정도의 정도를 파악하고 각 변수간의 상관관계를 확인하며 신체화, 심리적 안녕감이 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 U광역시 9개동 주민 200명이었으며 자료수집기간은 2017년 5월 1일부터 2017년 8월 31일까지였다. 대상자의 신체화는 평균 89.25±19.94점이었고, 심리적 안녕감은 73.11±11.54, 심리적 복지는 49.48±13.29,로 나타났다. 신체화와 심리적 안녕감은 부적 상관관계, 신체화와 심리적 복지감은 부적상관관계, 심리적 안녕감과 심리적 복지감은 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 지역주민의 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향을 미치는 주된 영향요인은 신체화, 심리적 안녕감이었으며, 이들 변수는 38.1%의 설명력이 있었다. 따라서 지역주민의 심리적 복지감을 향상시키기 위하여 신체화를 낮추고 심리적 안녕감을 증진시키는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구결과가 취약계층 노인의 신체화, 심리적 안녕감의 정도 파악과 심리적 복지감 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship Somatization, psychological well-being and psychological welfare on psychological welfare and related factors. Methods: Somatization, psychological well-being and psychological welfarer scales were used as the measurement tools with a sample of 200 eldery in U-city. Data collection period was from May 1, 2017 to August 31, 2017. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 24.0 version were used to analyze the collected data. Results: Somatization was negatively correlated with psychological well-being and psychological welfare. Psychological well-being was positively correlated with and psychological welfare. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 38.1 % by the variables. Conclusion: These results suggest that earlier screening and intervention programs for high somatization, and low pychological well-being in eldery should be helpful in increasing psychological welfare.
