국문 초록

본 연구는 치매(인지증)가족의 노후준비가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과(Sobel test)를 검증하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 2018년 9월 1일부터 2018년 12월 28일까지 K도에 거주하는 치매(인지증)가족 230명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여, 총 197부를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 자기효능감은 노후준비의 심리적 노후준비(r=.301, p<.001)와는 유의미한 정의 상관이 있었으나, 경제적 노후준비, 신체적 노후준비, 사회적 노후준비와의 상관은 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않았다. 노후준비가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서는 심리적 노후준비가 높을수록 행복감이 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 소벨테스트 결과 심리적 노후준비와 행복감과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과는 유의미하였다(Z=3.698, p<.001). 이러한 결과는 치매가족의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 치매재활학의 필요성과 심리상담적(치매안심센터)·사회적(간병인 가족자조모임), 문화적(원예·웃음·미술·음악·산림, 차치유 등)치료 지원 프로그램 등의 전문성과 지속성이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of dementia family caregivers’ preparation for old age on their happiness as a Sobel test. Data collection was conducted from September 1, 2018 to December 28, 2018, and a questionnaire was distributed to 230 dementia families living in K province, and a total of 197 copies were used for data analysis. As a result, self-efficacy was significantly correlated with the psychological preparation(r = .301, p <.001). But economical, physical and social preparation for old age are not significant at level of 5%. In the effect of the preparation for old age on their happiness, the higher the psychological preparation, the higher the happiness. As a result of the Sobel test, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was significant in relation to psychological preparation for old age and their happiness (Z = 3.698, p <.001). These findings suggest the necessity of dementia rehabilitation to enhance the self-efficacy of dementia families. In addition, treatment support programs with professionalism and sustainability such as psychological counseling program(dementia relief center), social program(caregiver family self-help group), and cultural programs(horticulture, laughter, art, music, forest, tea therapy, etc.) are required.
