간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 자아탄력성, 임상수행능력과의 관계를 파악하여 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 대학에 다니는 학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 7월동안 조사하여 210부의 설문지로 SPSS WIN 22.0을 통해 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 비판적 사고성향과 임상수행능력(r=.069, p<.01), 의사소통능력과 임상수행능력(r=.371, p<.001), 의사소통능력과 자아탄력성(r=.056, p<.001)은 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.042 p<.001), 의사소통능력(β=.047, p<.001)으로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 38%로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해서 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to investigate Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Skill, Ego Resilience, Clinical Competency, and identify the influencing factors on Clinical Competency of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 210 university students who were 2 universities in Gwangju, july 2018. Mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis through SPSS WIN 22.0. There was a significant positive correlation between critical thinking disposition and clinical competency(r=.069, p<.01), communication skill and clinical competency(r=.371, p<.001), communication skill and ego resilience(r=.056, p<.001). The factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing students were critical thinking disposition(β=.042, p<.001), communication ability(β=-.0.47 p<.001), and the explanatory power of the model was 38%. Therefore, to increase clinical competency of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the clinical competency of nursing students.
