영업직 직장인의 스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 ： 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 영업직에 종사하는 직장인의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하기 위해 진행되었으며, 이들과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 충청남도 서산 지역의 직장인 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 통해 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석 및 회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 직장인의 직무스트레스는 이직의도에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 매개효과검증에서는 긍정심리자본이 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 관계에서 부적(-) 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉 영업직 종사자의 직무스트레스가 높을수록 이직의도가 높아지며, 직무스트레스와 이직의도간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 이직의도를 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 영업직 종사자의 직무스트레스를 낮추고 긍정심리자본을 높임으로써 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of job stress on the turnover intention of the salesperson and to verify the mediating effect of positive psychopathic capital in the relationship with them. This data was collected by surveying 250 workers in Seosan City, Chungcheongnam-Do. The collected data were analyzed using reliability analysis, frequency analysis, and regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the job stress of the worker was found to have a statistically significant effect on the turnover intention. Also, in the mediating effect result, it was confirmed that positive psychological capital showed negative (-) partial mediating effect on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. In other words, the higher the job stress of the salesperson, the higher the turnover intention. The higher the positive psychological capital, the lower the turnover intention in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, it suggested a way to lower the job stress of the salesperson and lower the turnover intention by increasing the positive psychological capital.
