간호대학생의 자기효능감 유머감각 인지적 정서조절과 대학생활적응과의 관련성

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 유머감각, 인지적 정서조절 전략, 자기효능감과 대학생활적응과의 관계를 파악하여 대학생활적응을 높이는 중재방안 마련의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감은 성적(F=11.251, p<.001), 학과만족도(F=14.349, p<.001)에서, 유머감각은 성적(F=4.748, p=.009), 학과만족도(F=15.930, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 인지적 정서조절 전략은 학년(t=2.013, p=.045), 종교(t=2.104, p=.036), 성적(F=3.396, p=.035), 학과만족도(F=11.248, p<.001)에서, 대학생활적응은 연령(t=4.437, p<.001), 학년(t=5.366, p<.001), 성적(F=9.435, p<.001), 학과만족도(F=42.937, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 대상자의 자기효능감, 유머감각, 인지적 정서조절 전략, 대학생활적응과의 상관관계에서 자기효능감(r=.578, p<.001), 유머감각(r=.368, p<.001), 인지적 정서조절 전략(r=.486, p<.001)은 대학생활적응과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위하여 자기효능감, 유머감각, 인지적 정서조절 전략을 높일 수 있는 중재방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy, humor sense, emotional regulation strategies and college adjustment of nursing students, and to help develop programs for improving college adjustment. The results of this study were as fallows: Self-efficacy showed significant difference in academic grade(F=11.251, p<.001), satisfaction of nursing(F=14.349, p<.001). Humor sense showed significant difference in academic grade(F=4.748, p=.009), satisfaction of nursing(F=15.930, p<.001). Emotional regulation strategies showed significant difference in grade(t=2.013, p=.045), religion(t=2.104, p=.036), academic grade(F=3.396, p=.035), satisfaction of nursing(F=11.248, p<.001). college adjustment showed significant difference in age(t=4.437, p<.001), grade(t=5.366, p<.001), academic grade(F=9.435, p<.001), satisfaction of nursing(F=42.937, p<.001). There were positive correlations college adjustment between self-efficacy(r=.578, p<.001), humor sense(r=.368, p<.001), emotional regulation strategies(r=.486, p<.001). The results of this study indicate that intervention for self-efficacy, humor sense, emotional regulation strategies are important for college adjustment in nursing students.
