예비유아교사의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 관련변인들간의 구조분석 교직적성 교사효능감 교육신념을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사들의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변인 중 교직적성, 교사효능감, 교육신념을 중심으로 구조분석을 통해 이 변인들간의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도에 위치한 3년제 대학의 유아교육과 2학년 학생 140명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 설문결과를 구조분석 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 교직적성은 유아교사 상호작용주의 신념에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교직적성에서 교사효능감에 이르는 경로가 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 즉, 적성에 맞는 교직생활은 교사로서의 효능감을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 의미한다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 교직적성이 긍정정서에 이르는 경로가 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 이는 교사로서의 적성이 높은 사람이 긍정적인 정서표현과 타인의 감정에 대한 공감능력, 자신의 정서를 생산적으로 활용하는 능력이 높음을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 예비유아교사의 상호작용주의 신념이 긍정정서와 부정정서에 이르는 경로가 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 다섯째, 예비유아교사의 상호작용주의 신념이 교사효능감에 이르는 경로가 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 여섯째, 예비유아교사의 교직적성, 교사효능감, 긍정정서, 부정정서는 인지적 삶의 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 일곱째, 예비유아교사의 상호작용주의 신념은 유아의 교사효능감과 긍정정서 혹은 부정정서를 통해 인지적 ？？의 만족에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 변인임을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between variables that are expected to affect the subjective well-being of pre-service early childhood education teachers through a structural analysis focusing on teaching aptitude, teaching efficacy, and educational beliefs. To that end, a survey was conducted on 140 sophomore early childhood education majors from a three-year university located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and the results were structurally analyzed. The study has shown that, first, the teaching aptitude of the pre-service early childhood education teachers influences their belief in interactionism. Second, the path from teaching aptitude to teaching efficacy for the teachers showed significant results. In other words, a career in line with the teacher‘s aptitude has a positive effect on improving the effectiveness as a teacher. Third, the path from teaching aptitude to positive emotions for the teachers has yielded significant results. This shows that those who are better suited as teachers tend to be more positive, empathetic to others’ emotions, and capable in productively utilizing their emotions. Fourth, the path to positive emotion and negative emotion from the teachers’ belief in interactionism was notable. Fifth, the path to teacher efficacy from the teachers’ belief in interventionism exhibited significant results. Sixth, the teachers’ teaching aptitude, teacher efficacy, positive emotions, and negative emotions were recognized to be the variables that directly influence their cognitive satisfaction. Seventh, the teachers’ belief in interactionism was identified to be a variable that indirectly influences their cognitive satisfaction through infants’ perceived teacher efficacy and positive or negative emotion.
