풍수적 공간입지에 대한 고려가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

소상공인의 창업에는 창업주의 생각과 판단에 따라 기업의 성패가 좌우되는 경향이 많은데, 철학, 경영이념, 윤리관, 인격, 가치관, 종교, 생활환경 등이 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히, 생활에 밀착된 전통 풍습이나 관례를 따라 기업의 입지선정과 공간 구성을 하는 경우가 대부분이다. 많은 연구들을 통하여 소상공인의 기업 안정과 경영성과에 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 확인되었지만, 어떤 연구에서도 우리 생활에 밀접하게 관련되어 있는 풍수적 공간입지의 요소가 소상공인 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대해서는 언급하지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 소상공인의 발전을 위해 풍수적 공간입지의 주요 요소를 도출하고 그 요소들이 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통하여 규명함으로써, 소상공인의 육성에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실증 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 풍수적 공간입지의 요소에서 지형지세, 건물배치 및 대지형상은 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 건물형상은 그렇지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 정리하면 소자본 사업활동의 성공요인으로 풍수적 공간입지의 지형지세, 건물배치 및 대지형상에 대한 고려되어야 할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사해준다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통한 연구결과의 적용으로 창업을 준비하거나 현재 사업활동에 참여하고 있는 소상공인에게 풍수에 대한 객관적 자료를 제공하였다는 점이 본 연구의 의의라고 할 수 있다. 향후 중소기업이나 대기업을 대상으로 연구를 확장할 필요가 있으며, 풍수적 공간입지가 미치는 영향이 경영성과 외의 다른 분야에도 접목되어 계속될 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

영문 초록

The success or failure of a small businessman tends to depend on his or her employer s ideas and judgment, which is largely influenced by philosophy, business ideology, ethics, personality, values, religion, and living environment. In particular, most companies choose their locations and construct their spaces according to traditional customs and customs closely related to their lives. Although many studies have shown that the influence of small business owners on their business stability and managerial performance has not been significant, any study indicates that the factors of feng shui locations that are closely related to our living. Therefore, this research draws out major elements of Feng-shui for the development of small businesses and identifies the effects of these factors on managerial performance of small businesses through empirical research. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. While topography, building layout, and land geometry were found to have a positive impact on managerial performance in terms of Feng-shui, building geometry was found not. In summary, it suggests that the success of small business activities requires consideration of topography, building layout, and land features in feng shui, spatial location. This study is meaningful in that it provided objective data on Feng-shui to small business owners who are preparing to start businesses or who are currently engaged in business activities through the application of the research results through empirical analysis. In the future, research needs to be expanded for small and large companies, and the effects of Feng-shui have to be incorporated into other areas besides management performance.
