한부모가정 아동의 모래상자치료사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 정서조절을 위한 모래상자치료과정에서 그 효과성을 보고자 실시하였다. 본 연구 대상은 정서조절에 어려움이 있는 13세 남아로 모래상자치료를 2016년 4월 5일부터 2016년 10월 4일까지 총 16회기 실시하였다. 본 연구문제는 첫째, 대상아동의 정서조절의 사전-사후 차이는 있는가? 둘째, 대상아동의 HTP 검사 사전-사후 변화는 있는가? 셋째, 대상아동이 표현한 모래상자치료의 사전-사후 변화는 있는가? 본 연구도구는 첫째, 정서조절 검사도구를 사용하였으며 Eisenberg(1993)가 개발하고 임희수(2001)가 문항을 재구성한 정서조절 도구를 사용하였다. 또한, 둘째, HTP 검사를 통해 변화를 알아보았다. 셋째, 모래상자치료과정의 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 한부모가정 아동의 모래상자치료는 긍정적 정서조절을 사용하였으며, HTP 그림검사에서 경직되고 자기과시적인 모습과 과도한 타인에 대한 관심이 줄어들었다. 모래상자치료과정에서 편향된 대립에서 차츰 평행적 대립의 형태로 바뀌고 적응의 형태로 변화되었다. 모래상자치료과정은 총 16회기로 동식물단계(1~2회기), 투쟁단계(3~15회기), 적응단계(16회기)로 구성되었다. 즉, 대상아동의 정서조절 변화는 자유롭고 한정된 모래상자의 공간 안에서 내적 조화를 경험하면서 아동이 스스로 문제를 해결하고 회복할 수 있도록 공감하고 지지하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sandtray therapy on the emotional regulation of single - parent family children. The subjects of this study were a total of 16 sessions from April 5, 2016 to October 4, 2016. First, is there a pre - post - difference in emotional control of target children? Second, is there any pre-post hoc change in the HTP test of the target child? Third, is there any pre-post-change of the sandtray therapy expressed by the target child? First, emotional adjustment test tool was used. Eisenberg (1993) developed emotional adjustment tool. Second, we examined changes through HTP test. Third, we examined the changes of sand box treatment process. As a result of the study, sandtray therapy of single - parent families used positive emotional control, and HTP picture test showed less rigid, self - visible appearance and excessive interest in others. In the process of sandtray therapy, the biased conflict gradually changed into the form of parallel opposition and changed into the form of adaptation. The sand box treatment process consisted of 16 sessions of plants and animals (1-2 session), struggle stage (3 ~ 15 sessions) and adaptation stage (16 sessions). In other words, the emotional regulation change of the target child is meaningful in empathy and support for the child to solve and recover the problem himself by experiencing the internal harmony within the free and limited sandbox space.
