일본어 “동사-te-ageru”문과 한국어 “동사-어-주다”문의 계층적통사구조와 어스펙트 분석

국문 초록

본고에서는 일본어 “동사-te-ageru”문과 한국어 “동사-어-주다”문이 표면적으로 상호 대응관계를 이루고 있음을 제시하고, 이들 두 문의 계층적 통사구조와 어스펙트의 의미에 대해서 명시하였다. 구체적으로는 “동사-te-ageru”문과 “동사-어-주다”문의 심층구조는 모두 복문구조로 이루어져 있으며, 파생구조는 컨트롤구조, 표층구조는 단문구조로 이루어져 있음을 명시하였다. 어스펙트의 의미에 있어서도 두 문 모두 한계성과 비한계성이라는 의미를 나타내고 있음을 명시하였다. 이와 같은 고찰 결과를 얻기 위해 본고에서는 일본어와 한국어의 부정극성요소(NPIs)와 부정사(Neg)의 일치현상, 관용표현현상을 이용하였으며, 어스펙트의 의미 분석에 있어서는 일본어와 한국어의 시간부사인 “kan/kande”와 “동안/만에”현상을 이용하였다. 나아가 이와 같은 고찰 결과를 근거로 일본어의 “동사-te-ageru”문과 한국어 “동사-어-주다”문이 대응하여 나타나는 이유에 대해서 두 구문은 계측적 통사구조와 어스펙트의 의미 모두에서 동일하기 때문임을 지적하였다.

영문 초록

This study suggests that the verb-te-ageru sentence structure in Japanese and the verb-eo-juda sentence structure in Korean correspond to each other on the surface and examines their hierarchical syntactic structure and aspectual meaning. More specifically, verb-te-ageru sentence and Vern-eo-juda sentence bothe take the form of a complex sentence structure in terms of their deep structure, a control structure in terms of the derivation structure, and a simple sentence structure in terms of the surface structure. verb-te-ageru sentence and Verb-eo-juda sentence also express telicity and atelicity in regard to their aspectual meaning. These findings were obtained through the analysis of the negative polarity items (NPIs), agreement of nagatives (Neg), and idiomatic expressions in Korean and Japanese. Also, to analyze the aspectual meaning, the Japanese temporal adverb kan/kande and the Korean temporal adverb dongan/mane. were examined. Based on the above findings, this study suggests that the mutual correspondence between the Japanese V-te-ageru sentence and the V-eo-juda sentence arises from their identical syntactic structure and aspectual meaning.
