공감이 긍정심리자본과 행복에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 공감이 긍정심리자본과 행복에 미치는 영향을 알고자 하는 것이다. 지식정보사회에서 공감할 수 있는 힘은 현대인이 갖추어야 할 가장 중요한 자질이고 역량이다. 우리가 제안하는 공감커뮤니케이션 모형은 공감능력, 공감모듈 및 공감화법을 포함하여 세 가지 차원으로 구성되어 있다. 모형의 세 가지 차원이 삼위일체를 이룰 때, 공감의 영향이 가장 높을 것이고 공감할 수 있는 힘이 사람들의 긍정심리자본을 제고시키고, 사람들을 더 행복하게 만들 것이다. 대전/세종/충남에 거주하는 10대부터 50대까지 473명을 대상으로 공감능력, 긍정심리자본 및 행복 척도를 포함한 질문지를 구성하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 사용된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보고, 공감능력에 따른 긍정심리자본과 행복의 차이를 분산분석을 통하여 검토하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 사용된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도가 우수하였다. 둘째, 공감능력이 높은 사람들이 공감능력이 낮은 사람들보다 긍정심리자본이 더 높았다. 셋째, 공감능력이 높은 사람들이 공감능력이 낮은 사람들보다 더 행복하였다. 끝으로, 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of sympathy on psychological capital and happiness. In knowledge and information society, the power to sympathy is one of the most important natural traits and competency of contemporary people. As a suggestion, the sympathetic communication model consists of sympathetic capability, sympathetic module, and sympathetic talking. When these components form trinity, the effects of sympathy will be the highest and power to sympathy will makes people happier. Data were collected 473 people from 10 to 50 residents in Daejeon/Sejong/Chungnam province with the questionnaire including sympathetic capability, psychological capital, and happiness. Reliability and validity of scales were analyzed and were tested differences of psychological capital and happiness according to sympathetic capability using SPSS The results of this study are as follows: First, there were good in reliability and validity of scales used. Second, those who have high sympathetic capability are at a higher level of psychological capital than those who have low sympathetic capability. Third, those who have high sympathetic capability happier than those who have low sympathetic capability. Finally, the limitations and future directions of the study were discussed.
