국문 초록

본 연구는 아동의 행복에 미치는 요인에서 개인의 고유한 성격특성에 초점을 두고자 한다. 이에 성격특성의 기본이 되는 자아존중감과 어려움을 이겨내는 자아탄력성이 심리적 안녕감와 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. K시에 위치한 초등학교 3~6학년 121명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 아동의 자아존중감과 자아탄력성이 주관적 안녕감과 심리적 안녕감에 통계적 유의미함을 보였다. 이것은 아동의 자아존중감이 높을수록 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 자아탄력성 또한 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 스스로 자신에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 하고 어려움이 일어났을 때 긍정적으로 헤쳐 나갈 수 있는 힘을 가진 아동일수록 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 보여준다. 이에 아동의 행복에 있어 타인의 평가가 아닌 자신 스스로 평가하는 자아존중감과 자아탄력성은 아동에게 중요한 요소이며 아동의 개인이 고유한 성격특성으로 자아존중감과 자아탄력성은 아동의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to focus on a person s unique personality traits that affect the well-being of their children. On this, we will explore the impact of self-impressiveness and self-reliability on the psychological well-being and subjective well-being that are fundamental to personality traits. The survey was conducted on 121 elementary school seniors and sixth graders located in K city. The results of the study showed that the child s sense of self respect and self elasticity were statistically significant for subjective and psychological well-being. This shows that the higher the self-esteem a child has, the more positive it is for the sense of well-being and so is its resilience. Therefore, the more positive the assessment of oneself and the ability of children to deal with difficulties positively affects the sense of well-being. In this, self-assertiveness and self-effectiveness, rather than the judgment of others, are important factors in children and the self-effectiveness and self-effectiveness of their individual influence on their unique characteristics have emerged.
