스마트학습특성이 한국 대학생의 학업태도 및 성취도에 미치는 영향: 이동성, 양방향성, 즉시성, 현실성, 협력성을 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 정보기술의 급격한 발전으로 무선 인터넷의 발달뿐 아니라 스마트기기의 급속한 보급은 한국 사회 다방면에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 스마트기기의 영향력은 한국 교육 분야에까지 급속히 파급되기 시작하였다. 스마트학습에 관한 선행연구를 살펴보면 스마트폰이나 스마트패드와 같은 최신 정보기술의 발전사항을 교육 분야에 활용하는 것과 관련한 연구에서부터 스마트교육 환경과 시스템 구축연구에 이르기까지 그 관심의 범위는 매우 넓고 다양하다. 본 연구는 온라인교육에서 스마트학습서비스를 사용한 경험이 있는 한국대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 스마트학습특성의 변수로 이동성, 양방향, 즉시성, 현실성, 협력성을 도출하고, 학습태도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향력을 연구모형으로 정하였다. 연구의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이동성은 학습태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 양방향성은 학습태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 즉시성은 학습태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 현실성은 학습태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다 다섯째, 협력성은 학습태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 학습태도는 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 한국 대학생을 대상으로 스마트 학습 특성과 학습태도 및 학업성취간의 관계에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여 즉시성, 양방향성, 협력성과 관련한 반응적 특성이 학습 성취와 관련이 있었음을 보였다. 스마트학습 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 지침을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, the development of wireless internet and the expansion of smart devices with the rapid changes of information technology have had a great impact on many aspects of our society. Its influence has spread rapidly to the education field in Korea. Previous research on smart learning has shown a wide range of researches ranging from research using smart technologies such as smart phones and smart pads in education to technology and system development related to smart education environments. Participants in this study were Korean college students who had experiences of using smart learning service in online education. Based on the previous studies, the research model was established using mobility, interactivity, immediacy, reality, and cooperation as key factors of smart learning services, and with their influence on learning attitude and academic achievement. The summary of research findings is as follows. First, mobility has no significant impact on leaning attitude. Second, interactivity has a significant effect on leaning attitude. Third, immediacy has a significant influence on learning attitude. Fourth, reality has no significant impact on leaning attitude. Fifth, cooperation has a significant influence on leaning attitude. Sixth, leaning attitude has a statistically significant and positive effect on academic achievement. This empirical study showed that communication related factors such as immediacy, interactivity, cooperation have positive influence on learning attitude and achievement. The result may contribute to the area by suggesting guidelines of developing smart learning training program for teachers in Korea.
