학교부적응 아동의 모래상자치료사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교부적응 아동의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 모래상자치료사례를 통하여 그 효과성을 보고자 실시하였다. 본 연구 대상은 J시 초등학교에 재학 중인 저소득층 가정 아동으로 사회적 기술의 부족으로 학교생활과 또래관계에 어려움으로 인해 학교생활의 부적응을 보여 담임교사 및 부모님에 의해 상담이 의뢰된 아동이다. 본 상담실시 기간은 2016년 9월 28일부터 2017년 11월 23일까지 모래상자치료를 주1회 각 회기별 50분씩 총 30회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구문제는 첫째 학교부적응 아동의 사회적 기술 향상을 위해 HTP 사전 사후 변화는 어떠한가? 둘째, 학교부적응 아동의 사회적 기술의 사전 사후 변화는 어떠한가? 셋째, 학교부적응 아동의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 모래상자치료사례의 사전 사후 변화는 어떠한가?이다. 본 연구결과, 첫째: 모래상자에서 단계별 발달과 적응의 단계에서는 전체성을 보이며 자기실현을 이루었으며 둘째: HTP 검사에서는 사전검사에 비해 소통과 사회성, 자율성이 회복되고 있음의 차이를 보였으며 셋째: 사회적 기술척도가 사전검사에 비해 유의미한 차이가 있었음을 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 모래상자치료는 학교부적응 아동의 부적응의 문제를 돕기 위해 모래상자치료를 활용한 기법이다. 이를 통해 아동의 내면세계를 표현하고 무의식과 의식을 통합하고 자아를 강화하며 문제행동을 치유해가는 방법으로 매우 유용하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of sandtray therapy to improve social skills of school maladjusted children. The subjects of this study were low-income family children attending elementary school in J city. They showed maladjustment of school life due to difficulties in school life and peer relations due to lack of social skills, and they were counseled by homeroom teacher and parents. The period of this counseling room was from 30 September 2016 to 23 November 2017, and sandtray therapy was performed once a week for 50 minutes for each session for a total of 30 sessions. First, what is the post hoc transition in order to improve the social skills of school maladjusted children? Second, what is the pre-event change in the social skills of school maladjusted children? Third, what is the pre - and post-change of the case of sandtray therapy to improve social skills of school maladjusted children? The results of this study are as follows: First: In the stage of development and adaptation in the sand box, self-realization is achieved with totality. Second, the HTP test shows differences in communication, sociality and autonomy compared to the pre-test. Third, Social skills scales were significantly different from pre-test. In other words, sandbox therapy is a technique using sandtray therapy to help the problem of maladjustment of school maladjusted children. Through this, it can be said that it is very useful as a way of expressing the inner world of the child, integrating unconsciousness and consciousness, strengthening self, and healing problematic behavior.
