간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독 영향요인 공감 대인관계 유능성 갈등해결방식을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도된 연구이다. 2015년 9월 1일부터 2015년 12월 31일까지 435명의 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 간호대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 스마트폰 중독, 공감, 대인관계유능성, 갈등해결방식에 대하여 조사하였다. 본 연구결과 잠재적 위험사용자군과 고위험사용자군을 합하여 스마트폰 중독자는 24.1%로 파악되었다. 스마트폰 중독점수는 2.30점, 대인관계 유능성은 2.62점, 갈등해결방식은 4.92점이었다. 공감의 하위영역에서 공상하기 3.61점, 공감적 관심 3.56점, 관점취하기 3.66점, 개인전 고통 3.06점으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인적 고통, 갈등해결방식과 개인적 특성 중 독서량, 스마트폰 사용시간, 스마트폰 사용 통제 필요도로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하거나 개선하기 위해서는 개인적 고통과 갈등해결방식의 수준을 파악하고 관리하며, 독서량이 적거나 스마트폰 사용시간이 긴 경우에 특별한 관심이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate influencing factors smartphone addiction among nursing students focusing on empathy, interpersonal competence and conflict-resolution styles. The data were collected from 435 nursing students using structured questionnaires from September 1, 201 5 to December 31, 2015. The results of this study showed that a number of smartphone addiction combining potential risk group and high risk group is 24.1%. The score were 2.30 point for smartphone addiction, 2.62 point for interpersonal competence and 4.92 point for conflict-resolution styles. The score of empathy level in the subcategories were 3.61 point for fantasy, 3.56 point for empathic concern, 3.66 point for perspective taking, 3.66 point for personal distress. Influencing factors on smartphone addiction among nursing students identified personal distress, conflict resolution style, reading quantity, daily average time of smartphone use and perception smartphone usage restriction. Therefore, in order to prevent or improve smartphone addiction of nursing students, it is necessary to recognize and manage the level of personal distress and conflict resolution style, and to take special care when the reading quantity is small, or daily average time of smartphone use is long.
