국문 초록

4차 산업혁명이라고 널리 알려진 현재의 산업체제 격변은 제1의 기계시대에 뒤이은 제2의 기계시대진입을 의미하며 18세기 영국에서의 제조 산업혁명에 뒤이은 지식정보 산업혁명이라고 명명되는 것이 마땅하다. 지식정보 산업 혁명시대에 대해서는 장밋빛 전망과 암울한 전망이 모두 제기되고 있는 형편인데 앞으로 인류가 이 격변기를 어떻게 대처해나가는가에 따라서 그 향방이 가려질 것이다. 지식정보 산업혁명 시대는 ‘초연결’, ‘초지능’, 그리고 ‘초신뢰’를 주요 키워드로 하고 있다. 지식정보 산업혁명은 초연결성을 지향하는 방향으로 일어나며, 이는 단지 물리적인 연결을 넘어 가상 세계에까지 일어난다. 사물인터넷은 이러한 초연결을 가능하게 하는 기반이다. 가정, 교통, 도시, 에너지 등 모든 분야가 인터넷으로 연결된다. 여기에 ‘초지능’을 가능하게 하는 인공지능이 결합되면 엄청난 편의가 제공되어 삶의 모든 것이 ‘스마트’하게 될 것이다. 또, 모든 거래의 신뢰성을 담보하고 효율성을 제공하는 바탕이 되는 ‘초신뢰’ 체계인 블록체인 기술이 여기에 결합되면 산업 모든 분야에서 일어나는 거래에서 사실상 중개인들이 불필요해진다. 그런데, 지식정보 산업혁명 시대에는 노동력의 상당부분을 로봇과 인공지능이 제공하게 될 것이기 때문에 기존의 노동 개념을 바꿔줄 필요가 있다. 특히 지식정보 산업혁명 시대에 잉여자본 축적에 중요한 역할을 빅 데이터 수집과 관련한 인간의 모든 행위를 노동으로 간주하고 이에 대한 적절한 보상체계를 갖추어야한다. 이 경우 기존 노동에 포함되지 않던 취미, 오락 등의 일체의 인간의 행위가 노동으로 가치를 평가받고 적절한 잉여자본 재분배가 이루어질 수 있다. 이를 위해 빅 데이터 생성에 개개인들의 기여도를 평가할 필요가 있는데 서로 다른 분야로 특화된 인공지능들을 적절히 활용할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The present industrial system upheaval, widely known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, means the entry into the second machine age following the first machine age, and it is deservedly called the Knowledge and Information Industrial Revolution, following the 18th century (Manufacturing) Industry Revolution in England. In the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution, both the optimistic and pessimistic prospects are raised, and the future will be obscured by how humanity copes with this upheaval. The era of the Knowledge and Information Industrial Revolution takes place in the direction of super connection , ‘super-intelligence’, and ‘super-credibility’. Super-connection goes beyond the physical connection to the virtual world. The Internet of Things is the basis for this connection. All things such as home, transportation, city, and energy are connected to the Internet. When super-intelligence(artificial intelligence) is combined here, there will be tremendous convenience and everything in life will become smart. In addition, the block chain technology will provide super-credibility of all transactions and provides efficiency, eliminating the need for lawyers, brokers, and even bankers in virtually every transaction in the industry. However, in the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution, robots and artificial intelligence will provide much of the labor force, so it is necessary to change the existing concept of ‘labor’. Especially, it should play an important role in the accumulation of surplus capital in the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution. We should consider all human activities related to big data collection as labor and have appropriate compensation system. In this case, all human activities such as hobbies and amusements that are not included in existing concept of labor can be evaluated as labor and redistributed appropriately. To do this, it is necessary to evaluate individual contribution to big data generation.
