정신건강의학과 내원환자의 정신건강과 가족요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정신건강의학과 내원환자의 정신건강이 가족요인과 어떠한 상관을 이루는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 정신건강의학과 내원환자 중 만28세~만71세까지의 성인남녀 162명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문은 오프라인 자기보고식 설문지에 응답하는 방식으로 진행하였으며, 무응답 10문항 이상에 해당하는 13부를 제외한 최종 149명을 선정하였다. 측정 도구는 간이정신진단검사 (SCL-90-R), 가족 스트레스 척도(FILE), 가족 응집력 및 적응력 척도(FACES-IV)를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석과 Process 매크로를 사용하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. SCL-90-R과 가족스트레스, SCL-90-R과 가족응집력 및 가족적응력은 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않았으나, 가족스트레스와 가족응집력 및 가족적응력은 유의한 정적상관(r(149)=.354, p<.01)을 나타냈다. 또한 매개효과 분석 결과 가족 스트레스 요인 중 부부관계와 가족재정, 건강 요인이 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 있어 가족응집성 및 가족 적응력 요인 중 연결과 적응 요인과 유의한 매개효과가 나타났으며, 직업관계 요인은 연결 요인을 매개로 정신건강에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정신건강의학과 내원환자의 가족요인에 있어 경험적 연구가 부족한 실정에서 가족 스트레스와 가족응집력 및 적응력이 주요한 상관과 매개효과를 확인한 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to investigate the correlation between outpatients in psychiatric clinic with their mental health and family factors. One-hundred and sixty-two patients, who are over twenty-eight years old and is below seventy-eight year were chosen as subjects of research and was surveyed off-line. One-hundred and forty-nine surveys were used for as-built analysis excluding thirteen surveys that were answered earnestly. For measuring, SCL-90-R, FILE, and FACES-IV were used in the current study. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation analysis and Process macro using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows. There was no significant correlation between SCL-90-R and family stress, SCL-90-R, and family cohesion and family adaptability, but family stress, family cohesion and family adaptability were significantly correlated(r(149)=.354, p<.01). In addition, the analysis showed significant mediating effects of family cohesion and adaptation on connection and adaptation factors of family stress, finance and health variables on mental health. Professional relationship were found to have a significant effect on mental health through connection factors. This study is meaningful in that family stress, family cohesion and adaptive ability were found to have major correlation and mediating effects on the family factors of psychiatric outpatients.
