국문 초록

본 연구는 일반청소년과 다문화청소년의 스마트폰 사용경험에 따른 신체손상 경험 수준을 알아보고, 스마트폰 사용경험에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부의 제13차(2017년) 청소년건강행태온라인조사 빅데이터를 이용하였으며, 참여학생은 중․고등학교 799개교, 62,276명이었다. 분석결과, 스마트폰 사용으로 손상경험에 미치는 영향을 비교한 결과, 일반청소년은 학년, 가정경제상태, 거주형태, 학업성적, 음주경험, 흡연경험, 약물경험 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다문화청소년은 학년, 가정경제상태, 학업성적 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정책적 측면에서 스마트폰이 미치는 부정적 영향에 대한 정책적 대안을 마련하는 것이 필요하며, 실천적 측면에서는 스마트폰 사용에 따른 청소년의 스마트폰 사용경험에 따른 손상의 위험성을 크게 낮출 수 있도록 다각적인 예방 프로그램과 대응적인 프로그램을 적극적으로 개발할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This article investigated the level of body damage according to Smartphone usage for the general youth and the multicultural youth and analyzed the effect on Smartphone usage. For this, we have used the 13th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey 2017 survey big data of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and 62,276 students of 799 middle and high schools were participated in it. As the result, there was the effect of grade, domestic economy, residential types, scholastic performance, drinking, smoking and drug on Smartphone usage for the general youth. On the other hand, there was the effect of grade, domestic economy and scholastic performance on Smartphone usage for the multicultural youth. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare policy alternatives for the negative effects of smart phones on the basis of these research results. In practical terms, it is necessary to reduce the risk of damage due to the experience of using smartphone It is necessary to actively develop various preventive programs and corresponding programs.
