국문 초록

이 연구는 CBAM 모형에 기초하여 초등통합교육과정에 대한 교원의 관심도를 측정하고 분석하여 초등 통합교육과정 지원을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 울산광역시 초등교사 213명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 통합교육과정에 대한 관심도는 변인에 관계없이 지각적, 정보적, 개인적 단계에서 높고, 결과적, 협동적 단계에서 낮았다. 이 결과는 통합이 교육정책적으로 강조되고 있으나 여러 가지 이유로 제대로 실행되지 않음을 보여준다. 따라서 통합교육과정이 제대로 실행되기 위해서는 관심 단계에 맞는 처방과 지원이 필요하다. 연구 결과를 통해 얻어진 향후 초등통합교육과정에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들이 통합교육과정의 실행에 대해 논의할 수 있는 학교 내 체제 구축이 시급하다. 둘째, 통합교육과정에 대한 정보를 다양한 방법으로 교류할 수 있는 지원 체계가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for elementary integrated curriculum support by measuring and analyzing teacher s interest in elementary integrated curriculum based on CBAM model. For this purpose, 213 elementary teachers of Ulsan metropolitan city were surveyed and their results were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. The interest in the integrated curriculum was high in the perceptual, informal, and personal stages regardless of the variables, and was low in the resultant and cooperative stage. This result shows that integration is emphasized by educational policy but not for various reasons. Therefore, in order for the integrated curriculum to be implemented properly, prescription and support for the stage of interest are needed. The implications obtained through the above analysis are as follows. First, it is urgent to establish a system within the school where teachers can discuss the implementation of the integrated curriculum. Second, there is a need for a support system that can exchange information on the integrated curriculum in various ways
