국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생의 진로장벽, 일 자유의지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 확인하고 주요 변인들이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 경로를 검증하였다. 전국 소재 대학 재학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 유효한 응답 205부를 분산분석, 상관분석, 경로분석 등에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 모형의 적합도는 검정 및 적합도 지수(GFI, AGFI, RMR, NFI, CFI, RMSEA)를 고려하여 평가하였으며, 주요 변인 간의 영향 경로를 파악하기 위해 경로분석(Path analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 진로장벽, 일 자유의지, 진로준비행동에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장벽, 일 자유의지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 간에 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 진로장벽, 일 자유의지, 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 직·간접적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 진로장벽과 일 자유의지를 재평가하고 진로결정자기효능감을 제고하여 대학생의 진로준비행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로상담의 구조화가 요구된다.

영문 초록

In this paper, this study was conducted to clarify the relationship among perceived career barriers, work volition, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behaviors in college students and to verify the effect and path of main variables on career preparation behavior. Participants were college students nationwide, 205 valid responses were analyzed variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and path analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The research model was evaluated by considering the test and fit index (GFI, AGFI, RMR, NFI, CFI, RMSEA). Path analysis was conducted to identify the path of major impacts. Results: First, There were significant differences in career barriers, work volition and career preparation behavior according to demographic characteristics. Second, There was a significant correlation among career barriers, work volition, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behaviors. Third, Career barriers, work volition, and career decision-making self-efficacy have direct or indirect effects on career preparation behaviors. Therefore, in order to improve career preparation behavior of college students, it is required to structure career counseling that can reevaluate career barriers and work volition, and improve career decision-making self-efficacy.
