건축현장 타워크레인 작업 위험도 지수 개발

국문 초록

최근 건축물이 고층화 되면서 건설현장에서는 자재 인양장비의 효율적 사용이 프로젝트의 성패에 중대한 영향을 끼치고 있다. 타워크레인은 자재인양 중 거의 50%의 물량을 인양하는 건설현장의 주요 장비로서 건축공사 진행의 핵심적인 역할을 수행한다. 건설현장의 타워크레인 수요가 크게 증가함에 따라 관련 사고도 늘어나고 있으며, 금년 5월에는 충격적인 타워크레인 붕괴사고로 인하여 고용노동부가 전국의 타워크레인 작업에 대해 ‘위험경보’를 발령하기도 했다. 본 연구는 건설현장의 타워크레인 운영 시 발생할 수 있는 위험을 미리 예측하고 예방하기 위하여 타워크레인 작업 위험도 지수(TWRI) 모델을 제시한다. 이 지수는 장비요소, 인적요소 및 작업요소 등 세 가지의 요소로 구성되며, 본 모델의 검증을 위하여 사고현장과 무사고 현장에 적용하여 그 타당성을 제시하였다. TWRI 모델은 건축현장 타워크레인 작업의 위험도를 쉽게 인지하게 하여 미리 대비할 수 있는 기술적 토대를 제공한다.

영문 초록

In recent years, architectural buildings have been taller and taller, the efficient use of construction lifting equipment makes a large influences on the success or failure of the construction project. Tower crane as the most popular lifting equipment, plays a key role in the construction work, which lifts about 50% of the amount of lifting needs in construction site. As the demand for tower crane increases, related accidents are increasing nowadays. In May of this year, the Korean ministry of employment and labor issued danger warning to the all over the domestic industry site which uses tower crane after recent two tremendous T/C accidents. In this study, firstly, we built up the TWRI (Towercrane Work Risk Index) model with combining major risk factors of equipment factor, humant factor and work factor. Then we simulate the model with real construction project case that is proceed presently, contrasting the disaster reported case with none-disaster reported case at the same time this year. This model can help building construction field management by identifying the coming up risk in tower crane related works easily.
