국문 초록

본 연구는 역할모호성이 긍정심리자본, 직업인식 및 직무소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 간호조무사를 대상으로 조사한 서술적 상관연구이다. 본 연구 대상자는 경기도 소재의 ‘간호조무사협회 교육센터’에서 보수교육을 이수하기 위해 방문한 간호조무사로 탈락률을 고려하여 대상자를 360명으로 하였으며, 최종 332명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 4월 1일부터 6월 30일까지였으며, 자료수집 전 본 연구의 목적, 자료 수집 및 자료의 폐기방법에 대해 설명한 후 서면으로 동의서를 받은 후 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직업인식은 연령에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 긍정심리자본은 연령, 결혼 유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 직무소진은 연령, 결혼 상태, 학력에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 역할모호성은 연령, 결혼 상태, 지역에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 상관관계를 살펴보면 대상자의 직업인식은 긍정심리자본과 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계가있었고, 직무소진, 역할모호성과 역상관관계가 있었다. 긍정심리자본은 직무소진과 통계적으로 유희한 역상관관계가 있었고, 역할모호성과 역상관관계가 있었다. 또한 역할모호성은 직무소진과 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 직업인식과 긍정심리자본을 고취시키고 직무소진을 줄이므로 역할모호성을 개선된다는 것이 확인되었으며, 이에 대한 체계적인 교육과 관리방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하리라 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive correlation study that examines the role ambiguity affecting positive psychological capital, job recognition, and job burnout in nursing assistants. The subjects of this study were 360 nursing assistants who visited the Nursing Assistants Association Training Center in Gyeonggi - do, taking the dropout rate (15%) into consideration. The data collection period was from April 1, 2017, to June 30, 2017. Before the data collection, the purpose of the study, data collection, and disposal method were explained, and then the questionnaire was conducted after the written consent was obtained. As a result of the study, there was a statistically significant difference in job perception according to age, there was a statistically significant difference in positive psychological capital according to age and marital status, and was the statistically significant difference in job burnout according to age, marital status. Role ambiguity, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the subject s job consciousness and positive psychological capital, job burnout, inverse correlation, and role ambiguity. positive psychological capital had a statistically inverse correlation with job burnout, there was an inverse correlation with role ambiguity. In addition, role ambiguity had a statistically significant positive correlation with job burnout.
