통합교육과 관련된 논문들에서 다루고 있는 대상에 대한 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 통합교육과 관련된 연구들에서 주로 다루고 있는 대상자에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 문헌 검색방법 가운데 한 가지인 DBPia를 통해 최근 5년(2012-2016) 동안 ‘통합교육’과 ‘장애’를 ‘논문명’으로 사용하는 문헌들 가운데 ‘KCI 등재’지로 표시된 문헌들을 검색하였다. 문헌 검색 결과 29편의 논문들이 검토대상으로 선정되었다. 29편의 논문들에 나타난 대상자들은 교육자, 학생, 학부모, 비장애인, 문헌과 같이 크게 5가지 유형으로 구분되어질 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분류 들 가운데는 교사를 대상으로 하는 논문들이 가장 많았으며, 장애학생이 포함된 논문들은 상대적으로 적었다. 이와 함께 특수교사 또는 행정가만을 대상으로 다루는 논문은 찾을 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 장애학생은 통합교육을 제공받는 당사자이기 때문에 장애학생의 의견을 더욱 적극적으로 반영하기 위하여 통합교육의 연구 대상으로 장애학생이 보다 많이 포함될 필요가 있음을 강조하였다. 이와 함께 일반학교에 있는 특수교육대상자의 성공적인 통합교육에 있어 특수교사 또는 행정가가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있기 때문에 통합교육과 관련된 연구들에 있어 이와 같은 교육자들을 대상으로 하는 연구들이 보다 많이 다루어질 필요가 있음을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to identify the subjects who were mainly discussed in the articles related to inclusive education in South Korea. For the purpose of this study, I searched literature indicated as ‘KCI listing’ among the literature using ‘inclusive education’ and ‘disability’ as ‘research title’ through DBPia, one of domestic literature search methods, during the past 5 years(2012-2016). As the result of literature search, 29 articles were selected for the subjects of review. The subjects shown in 29 articles could be generally classified as 5 types such as educators, students, parents, non-disabled people, and literature. Among these classifications, the articles targeting teachers were most, and the articles including students with disabilities were relatively few. In addition, I could not find any article exploring special education teachers or administrators alone. This study emphasizes that students with disabilities need to be more included as research subjects of inclusive education in order to more actively reflect disabled students’opinions because these students themselves receive inclusive education. In addition, since special education teachers or administrators can have important roles for successful inclusive education of students with disabilities, it emphasizes that many studies on these educators as the subjects of research need to be conducted.
