학습몰입의 교육혁신 여정에 관한 종단적 사례연구

국문 초록

고등교육에서 교수-학습 체계상의 주도성은 전통적으로 교수자에게 있었지만, 학습자의 몰입도를 높이고 학습전이를 위해서는 학습자 중심성이 강화될 필요가 있다. 기존 강의식 수업의 한계 (예: 학습자의 낮은 관여도)와 멀티미어어 매체와 외부교육자료에 대한 활용 등 기회를 통해 전공수업에서 전문가적 사용자혁신을 수행할 수 있다. 교육혁신의 일환으로 수업과정에서 학습자 중심성을 높이는 마인드셋과 전문가로서 교육과정을 새롭게 설계하고 개발해왔다. 전문가가 자신의 지식과 실험의 과정을 통하여 자신의 문제를 스스로 해결해가는 현상이다. 본 사례연구는 수업의 내용의 적용과 새로운 교수법을 개발 및 도입하는 과정과 결과에 대한 분석이다. 역할연기, 자율경영팀, 문제기반학습, 사례기반학습, 프로젝트기반학습, 멀티미디어활용, 온라인강의, 블렌디드 학습, MOOC, 동표평가, 워크숍 등을 다년간(2007-2017) 복합적으로 도입하여 왔다. 또한 조직론 수업내용을 수업 자체에 적용하여 학생들의 학습공동체를 구성하고 운영하고, 다양성, 팀경영, 창의성, 조직구조, 조직문화, 리더십의 원리 등을 적용하여 진행하였다. 이는 명시적인 지식이기보다는 수업운영방식에 내포된 암묵지적인 속성을 가지고 있다. 진행한 수업들에서 도입한 다양한 수업방법의 도입계기, 도입내용, 적용 및 효과, 평가들을 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

The learning centricity of the teaching and learning system could be reconsidered to enahance the learners’ engagement. We need to address the challenge of the lower engagement of traditional toward the teaching method of higher learning transfer and engagement. The educator can learn the new teaching methods as well as innovate the process by applying professional user innovation. There have been new desgin and development from the learner centered mindset. The educator could innovate the educational process as the professional. The professional user innovation in education occurs when the educator transform one s educational process. It is the problem solving of one s problems using one s knowledge and experimental process. I have applied two kinds of innovation (new to the class): new teaching method and the managerial practice. I have used the various approach to the organizational behavior course with the self-managed team, role play, problem-based learning, case-based learning, project-based learning, multimedia, e-learning (SPOC & MOOC), and blended learning in addition to the lecture and discussion for many years (2007-2017). Moreover, I organize the community of learning to apply the practices of organizational structure, team leadership, creativity method, and culture. These are embedded implicitly in the process of teaching-learning. There could be changes of evaluations and learner s anonymous feedback at the end of each semester to be analyzed. The reason why the new teaching methods are developed and applied, the design of new class, the implementation, the situations, and the results are compared. As a result and the process, the class evolves to the community of learning for the artistic skills in the management as well as the conceptual knowledge. The engagement and performance are mostly exceed the expectation. The relations among the team members are maintained after the class projects. This is the educational journey searching for the more complete learning experience for the students. And it will continue to evolve in every classroom.
