국문 초록

본 연구는 거동이 불편한 보훈대상자들의 의료욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 대안 중 하나인 방문진료사업을 위한 모델을 제시하고 재정적 소요량을 추정하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저, 문헌고찰을 통해 방문진료의 개념과 효과를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 방문진료 모델을 초기모델과 확장모델로 나누어 각 모델 수행에 필요한 인력과 방문의료비를 추정하였다. 마지막으로 분석을 통해 추정된 재정규모 및 재정소요 부담 경감을 위한 대안으로, 가정방문 진료의 순차적 도입, 지역사회 진료 사업 활용 등의 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 충분한 검토와 인력 및 재정 확보를 통해 보훈의료의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 다양한 지원과 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to present a model for the home visiting healthcare project, one of the alternatives that can satisfy the medical needs of an elderly veterans with difficulty in moving, and to estimate financial requirements. To achieve research goal, first, the concept and effect of home visiting healthcare were examined through literature review. Second, the home visiting healthcare model was divided into an initial model and an expanded model to estimate the manpower and visiting medical fees required to perform each model. Finally, as an alternative to reducing the financial size and financial burden estimated through analysis, measures such as the sequential introduction of home visiting healthcare and the utilization of community health care projects were proposed. In the future, it is necessary to provide support and research to improve the quality of veterans' medical care by securing sufficient manpower and finances
