국문 초록

본 연구는 사회활동 참여와 행복감의 관계에서 대인신뢰의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국회미래연구원의 2022년 한국인의 행복조사 16,769명의 자료를 활용하였고, Hayes(2018)의PROCESS macro Model 4를 적용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회활동에 참여할수록 행복감이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대인신뢰 수준이 높을 때 행복감도 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회활동 참여가 대인신뢰를 통해 행복감에 미치는 매개경로가 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 행복감을 높이기 위해서 사회활동 참여 활성화와 더불어 대인신뢰 향상을 위한 개입이 중요함을 시사하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 결론 및 논의를 기술하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to empirically verify the mediating effect of interpersonal trust in the relationship between participation in social activities and happiness. For this purpose, data from 16,769 Koreans' happiness survey in 2022 by the National Assembly Future Institute were used, and mediating effect analysis was conducted by applying Hayes (2018)'s PROCESS macro Model 4. The results of the study are as follows. First, the more participated in social activities, the higher the feeling of happiness. Second, when the level of interpersonal trust was high, happiness was also high. Third, the mediating path of participation in social activities on happiness through interpersonal trust was significant. These findings suggested that intervention to improve interpersonal trust along with activating participation in social activities is important to increase happiness. The conclusions and discussions were described based on the results of this study.
