팬데믹 이후 광주고려인마을 한국어 교육의 중요성 담론

국문 초록

본고에서는 팬데믹 이후 광주고려인마을의 한국어 교육의 중요성 담론을 탐색하고자 했다. 코로나바이러스19 이후 의사소통 부재로 연구대상지인 광주고려인마을은 한때 낙인 지역이었다. 이러한 이유로 고려인 관련 단체나 교육기관에 종사하는 한국인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 광주고려인마을의한국어 교육의 현 실태 및 문제점 그리고 어떠한 정부의 정책이 뒷받침 되어야 하는지 등을 살펴보았다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 면접대상자들은 첫째는 고려인들을 위한 맞춤형 교육제도 및 시설이고 둘째는 고려인들이 영주권을 좀 더 쉽게 획득할 수 있도록 제도적인 뒷받침이 되어야 한다고했다. 이러한 도출 결과에도 고려인 교육 및 단체 관련자들의 면접대상자가 전부 내국인이라는 점이 연구의 한계점이라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This paper attempted to explore the discourse on the importance of Korean language education in Gwangju GoryeoinVillage after the pandemic. Gwangju GoryeoinVillage, the subject of the study, was once a branded area due to lack of communication after COVID19. For this reason, indepth interviews were conducted with Koreanrelated organizations or educational institutions to examine the current status and problems of Korean language education in Gwangju GoryeoinVillage and what government policies should be supported. To solve these problems, the interviewees said that the first should be customized education systems and facilities for Goryeoin, and the second should be institutional support to make it easier for Goryeoin to obtain permanent residency. Even in the results of this derivation, it can be said that the limitation of the study is that all the interviewees of Goryeoin education and organizationrelated people are Korean.
