플립드러닝 교수학습방법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 플립드러닝 교수학습방법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적자기효능감에미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 전남 소재 S 대학교 간호학과 학생 96명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2021년 9월 6일 2학기 개강 시작일수업 첫 시간에 사전조사를 실시하였고, 사후조사는 수업 종료 후인 2021년 11월 29일 마지막 시간에 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는SPSS Windows 20.0 Program을 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 결과 플립드러닝 학습방법 적용 수업이 간호대학생들의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 모두 통계적으로유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 각 변수의 하위영역 분석 결과, 자기주도 학습능력의 인식능력, 학습전략, 학습활동, 학습평가, 대인관계기술, 학업적 자기효능감의 자신감, 자기조절효능, 과제난이도 선호에서도 모두 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 플립드러닝 교수학습방법을 교과과정에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후, 이러한 교수학습방법을 다양한 환경의 교과과정과 학생들의 수준을 고려하여 적용하고, 그에 따른 효과를 확인하는 연구와다양한 변수들을 추가한 광범위한 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of flipped learning teaching and learning method on self-directed learning ability, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy of nursing college students. Methods The subjects of this study were 96 students from S University nursing department in Jeonnam, and the data were collected from September 6 to November 29, 2021., The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS Windows 20.0 Program. Results It was confirmed that the flipped learning method applied class had statistically significant effects on self-directed learning ability, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy of nursing college students., Also, as a result of analyzing sub-areas of each variable, it was found that there was a significant effect in the recognition ability, learning strategy, learning activity, learning evaluation, interpersonal skills, confidence of academic self-efficacy, self-regulation efficacy, and preference of task difficulty. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it applied the flipped learning teaching method which is emerging recently to the curriculum and verified its effect. In the future, it is necessary to apply such teaching and learning method considering the curriculum of various environments and the level of students, and to investigate the effect accordingly and to add a wide range of variables
