청소년의 학교적응과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에 대한 자기회귀교차지연효과 검증

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년의 학교적응과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에 대해 종단적 자료를 토대로 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. 이 모형을 통해 종단적 자료의 상호인과관계를 확인할 수 있다. 방법 이를 위해 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 이용하였다. 이 모형은 인과관계를 확신하기 어려운 변수들에 대해 자기회귀효과와 교차지연효과를 검증해서 변수들 간의 이론적 관계를 좀 더 명확히 하는 방법이다. 대상은 부산지역 중⋅고등학생의 부산교육종단연구데이터(BELS) 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 2016년에서 2020년까지 5년간 매년 추적한 자료를 활용하였다. 연구대상은 남학생1,304명, 여학생 1,107명이며 총 2,411명이었다. 결과 첫째, 이전 시점의 학교적응과 진로성숙도는 이후 시점의 학교적응과 진로성숙도에 각각 지속적으로 정적인 방향으로 영향을미치는 결과로 나타났다. 둘째, 이전 시점의 진로성숙도는 이후 시점의 학교적응에 대해 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 결과로 나타났다. 결과적으로 청소년기의 학교적응에 대한 진로성숙도의 효과는 시간이 경과함에 따라 유지되지 않는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 이전 시점의 학교적응은 이후 시점의 진로성숙도에 지속적으로 정적인 방향으로 영향을 미치는 결과로 나타났다. 결과적으로청소년기의 진로성숙도에 대한 학교적응의 효과는 시간의 흐름에 따라 안정적으로 유지됨을 확인하였다. 결론 학교적응이 진로성숙도에 정적인 방향으로 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 인과관계를 확인하였다. 이를 통해 적극적인 학교적응력향상의 중요성을 강조하였고 학교적응력을 증진시키기 위한 실질적인 개입에 도움이 되는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives TThis study verified the relationship between adolescents' school adjustment and career maturity using theautoregressive cross-lagged model based on longitudinal data. Through this, the mutual causal relationship of longitudinal data can be confirmed. Methods To this end, the autoregressive cross-delay model was used. This model is a method of further clarifying the theoretical relationship between variables by verifying the autoregressive and cross-delay effects for variables that are difficult to be sure of causal relationships. The target was data tracked every year for five years from 2016 to 2020 for the first year of BELS Middle School in Busan. The subjects of the study were 1,304 male students and 1,107 female students, with a total of 2,411 female students. Results First, school adjustment and career maturity at the previous point were found to have an effect on school adaptation and career maturity at the later point in a static direction, respectively. Second, career maturity at the previous point was found to have no significant effect on school adjustment at the later point. As a result, it was confirmed that the effect of career maturity on school adjustment in adolescence was not maintained over time. Third, school at the adjustment previous point was found to have an effect on career maturity at the later point in a static direction. As a result, it was confirmed that the effect of school adjustment on career maturity in adolescence remained stable over time. Conclusions The causal relationship was confirmed that school adjustment had a positive effect on career maturity in a positive direction. Through this, the importance of actively improving school adjustment can be emphasized and used as basic data to help practical intervention to improve school adjustment
