온라인교육의 편리성과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도의 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 논문은 학습자들의 온라인교육에 대한 편리성, 학업성취도, 그리고 학습만족도에 대한 인식과 관계를 조사하고 편리성 측면에 대해 중요성을 고취시켜 보다 효과적인 온라인교육방식 개발에 도움을 주고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 목적에 따른 실증조사를 위해 전국의 미용전공 학습자들을 대상으로 2021년 3월 24일부터 2021년 6월 20일까지코로나 시국임을 인지하여 구글 폼 기반의 설문을 진행하였고, 총 402부의 설문지가 수거되어 최종 402부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 통해 분석되었으며 빈도분석, 요인 분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 조사대상자의 성별은 여성이 83.3%였으며 연령은 20대가, 최종학력은 전문대졸(재학 포함)이 가장 많았다. 미용전공 학습자의 온라인미용교육 수강 이유로는 시간의 효율적 활용이 가장 높게 나타났으며 온라인교육의 편리한 학습방법과 시간절약에 대해긍정적으로 응답했다. 또한 온라인교육의 편리성이 높아질수록 학업성취도의 하위요인들인 실기성취도와 이론성취도가 모두 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 더불어 온라인교육의 편리성이 높아질수록 학습만족도 역시 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 미용전공 학습자들의 온라인교육에 대한 편리성과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도의 관계를 알아보았으며 결과적으로독립변수인 편리성이 종속변수인 성취도와 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 그 관계가 상당한 수치로 나타났다. 따라서 미용전공 학생들의 온라인교육에 대한 학업성취도와 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 온라인교육의 편리성이 반드시 수반되어야 하며 이것은 곧 지속가능한 미용전공 온라인교육의 필수요소이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate learners' perception and relationship with convenience of online education, academic achievement, and learning satisfaction and to help develop more effective online education methods by emphasizing the importance of convenience. Methods For an empirical survey according to the purpose of this study, a Google form-based questionnaire was conducted for beauty majors nationwide from March 24, 2021 to June 20, 2021, and a total of 402 questionnaires were collected and used as final analysis data. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 21.0, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results An 83.3% of the gender in the survey was women, in the age group of 20s, and a vocational college garduates (including enrolled students) as their highest level of achievement in education. The reason for online beauty education for beauty majors was efficient use of time, and they responded positively to convenient learning methods and time savings in online education. In addition, as the convenience of online education increased, the practical and theoretical achievement, which are sub-factors of academic achievement, was increased. Also, followed by the increase of convenience, the learning satisafaction increased. Conclusions This study investigated the relationship between convenience, academic achievement, and learning satisfaction of beauty major learners, and as a result, the relationship was found to be significant in the effect of independent variable, an academic achievement and learning satisfaction. Therefore, in order to increase the academic achievement and learning satisfaction of beauty majors in online education, the convenience of online education must be accompanied, which is an essential element of sustainable beauty major online education
