국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 여성주의 리더십 교육에 참여한 여대생들이 자신의 삶의 맥락을 성찰하고 이를 통해 나타나는 의식의 변화를 탐구하여 여성주의 리더십 교육이 여대생들에게 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 동일집단표집방법으로 A대학의 교양과목 ‘여성리더십과 자기관리’를 수강한 여대생 9명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구방법을 통해 학습과정에서 일어나는 여학생들의 의식의 흐름과 변화를 이해하고 학습의 경험으로부터 새롭게 형성되는 의미의 패턴을 발견할 수 있었다. 결과 첫째, 여대생들의 여성주의 리더십 교육 참여는 여성문제와 여성 리더십에 대한 배울 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있다는 것이 참여 동기로 작용했다. 둘째, 여대생들은 사회의 차별적 인식에 의해 불편했던 페미니즘과 리더십에 내재된 성고정관념에 대해 반성적 성찰을 하였다. 셋째, 여대생들은 의식화되어 있던 성차별적 고정관념을 해체하고 일상에서의 여성주의 리더십의 실천과 함께 여성주의 리더로의 전환을 모색하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 여대생들이 여성주의 가치를 실현하는 리더로 성찰할 수 있도록 대학교육에서 단계별 여성주의 리더십 교육과정과 함께 전공별 맞춤식 여성주의 리더십 교육과정 개발의 필요성을 제기하고 여대생들이 사회 변혁의 주체로 새로운 리더십의 패러다임을 창안해 낼 수 있도록 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the effects of feminist leadership education on female college students were analyzed by examining the changes in consciousness that female college students who participated in feminist leadership education had by reflecting on their own life contexts. Methods For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with nine female college students who took the liberal arts course ‘Women's Leadership and Self-Management’ at University A using the same group sampling method. Through this research method, it was possible to understand the flow and change of consciousness among female students during the learning process, and to discover the pattern of meaning newly formed from the learning experience. Results First, female college students' participation in feminist leadership education provided an opportunity to learn about women's issues and women's leadership as a motivation for participation. Second, female college students reflectively reflected on the gender stereotypes inherent in feminism and leadership, which were uncomfortable due to the discriminatory perception of society. Third, female college students dismantled the stereotypes of gender discrimination that had been consciously and sought to transform into feminist leaders along with the practice of feminist leadership in everyday life. Conclusions Through the results of this study, female college students are the agents of social transformation by raising the need to develop a feminist leadership curriculum customized for each major along with a step-by-step feminist leadership curriculum in college education so that female college students can reflect on themselves as leaders who realize feminist values. to create a new leadership paradigm.
