간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직관이 의료정보보호 인식도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직관이 의료정보보호 인식도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 충북과 전남에 위치한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과 재학 중인 임상실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 124명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple liner regression analysis를 이용하였다. 결과 비판적 사고성향은 간호전문직관(r=.607, p<.001), 의료정보보호 인식도(r=.455, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 간호전문직관도 의료정보보호 인식도(r=.387, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과 의료정보보호 인식도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.35, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.18, p=.003)으로 총 설명력은 21.3%이었다. 결론 간호대학생의 의료정보보호 인식도를 높이기 위하여 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직관을 향상시킬 수 있는 구체적이고 체계적인 교육프로그램 개발, 적용과 다양한 교과과정이 운영되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was to investigate the influence of critical thinking disposition and nursing professionalism on health information protection awareness by nursing students with clinical practice experience. Methods Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 124 3rd and 4th graders with clinical practice experience enrolled in nursing departments at two universities located in Chungbuk and Jeonnam. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple liner regression analysis were used using SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program. Results Critical thinking disposition had a statistically significant positive correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.607, p<.001) and health information protection awareness (r=.455, p<.001). Nursing professionalism also had a statistically significant positive correlation with health information protection awareness (r=.387, p<.001). As a result of multiple regression analysis, the factors significantly influencing the health information protection awareness were critical thinking disposition (β=.35, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (β=.18, p=.003), with a total explanatory power of 21.3% was. Conclusions The development and application of educational programs that can improve nursing students' critical thinking disposition and nursing professionalism, and various curricula should be operated.
